Friendly tour guide, even though he need to use Google Translate to communicate with us. But it worked out just fine. Nice drive to see all the famous places around Biei and Furano. The blue pond is beautiful. No crowds in April, but the fields are just dirt. There still some snow on the mountains so not too bad. Just no blooms. Visit in June till November offers more green and flowers or winter in February and March for snow. But will be expensive and crowds.

Our guide Tommy was very punctual and polite taking our family of 7 to see the beautiful sights of Sapporo. He even gave us some tips for our stay in downtown Sapporo. The restaurant that Tommy suggested for lunch was also very good.

We had a wonderful one-day trip to Furano and Biei and chose the first itinerary option, which was very well planned and comfortable.
Our driver Andrew picked us up directly from Hotel Mystays Sapporo Aspen right on time and dropped us back at the hotel at the end of the day, making the entire trip completely hassle-free, especially as we were traveling as a family.
Andrew was very patient, friendly, and professional. He waited for us at every stop without rushing and also shared helpful suggestions on nearby places to visit, along with recommendations for his favorite local restaurant, which added a nice personal touch to the trip.
The itinerary was well paced and covered all the key highlights:

Great experience. Arrived earlier at first spot than noted on schedule. Our guide didn’t speak great English but google translate worked well. Koichi was super pleasant.
Since we were a family of 5 adults, the private tour was only a bit more than travel group so we opted for private travel. Much more worth it.

Masaru was a great driver. Very kind and clear on communicating on the schedule and timing of each site. We did not feel rushed and saw some beautiful areas outside of Sapporo city center. The drive is long but worth it.

Furano and the surrounding area was really beautiful. The contrast of the mountains with the agricultural valley was stunning and we even got to see a little bit of snow. Our driver, Kamada was lovely, and the van was very comfortable. The only thing I would say is to check before hand, unappropriate websites to make sure that the flowers have bloomed. This spring has been an especially cold one so the flowers had a blossom and we missed out on that particular part of the trip. Other than that, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed the natural scenery.

Biei is a very scenic and peaceful place. It’s worth visiting if you love nature. I highly recommend The lone Christmas Tree and The Blue Pond.
Yuki was an excellent guide! The restaurants he recommended for lunch were great- the food was delicious and the service was of good quality. Yuki is a polite, friendly and professional guide. We enjoyed talking to him about Hokkaido among many other things. He was also punctual and a good driver. The van he drove was comfortable and clean.

Our tour guide, Keny, was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout the day. The Alphard vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and in excellent condition, which made the journey even more enjoyable. The scenic foliage was absolutely breathtaking, and the melons were simply delicious – a must-try! Like the tour arrangements. The driver welcomed us at the hotel with a name sign. Although the private tour was a bit pricey, the driver and the vehicle made a worthy spend. I like the tour schedule arrangement. Just a little short in staying at Farm Tomitas.

Great experience within a very limited time. I would not be able to do all the driving and visit all the attractions within a day (& driving in the rain on the way). Appreciate the thoughtfulness of giving us a restrooom break on both going in and coming back from the 3 hour/way drive. The driver also pick a good spot for lunch with many options to choose from. Like most local tour, language barrier is there but the driver did his best to get things done. Overall, I think it’s worth it (just need to adjust the expectation on how much you get within the short stay on each POi)

Our tour guide very friendly and flexible. Kat brought us other places other than the actual itinerary. She asked us where we wanted to go first thing we sat on the car. She brought us to Christmas tree and Ningle terrace. She also helped us take photos . Thumbs up and definitely 5 star service.

Our guide, Kishikawa-san picked us up in the morning at 8 o’clock sharp. She was very nice and did everything and beyond to make our trip as pleasant as possible. She even brought us snacks! Every now and then she would make sjre that we were okay and asked if we needed restroom-breaks. Overall it couldn’t have been better and our guide was perfect.

Kiyoe-san (Kate) was such a lovely guide to have and worked so hard to make sure my mom and I had a positive experience. Due to the season (flowers not being in bloom) and crowds (due to the holiday) there needed to be some adjustments and flexibility and she was great with making it work. It was a great day and we really enjoyed ourselves and the beautiful countryside.
