Highly recommend! Incredible guide and itinerary
Our group of 6 people had a wonderful time! Mr. Tanetani was so friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed spending the day with him. The sights were beautiful, all unique in their own way and we got a great introduction to the nature side of Hokkaido. Our guide also took us to several locations that aren't on the itinerary as a bonus! The van was comfortable and there were many stops to get snacks along the way. Highly recommend and couldn't have asked for more on this tour.

Great day in the flower fields!
Tommy is an expert driver who has a lot of knowledge, great humour and is very conscientious. He gave us some very interesting information about the local area, and allowed for a good amount of rest stops for our group. I can recommend this tour to anyone!

Amazing tour
We had an amazing experience on our tour. Our guide was absolutely fantastic and while there was a language barrier we used Google translate and were able to talk without issue. The company arranged pick up at our hotel both days and we also had a one way transfer to Lake Toya which they worked for us after the tour. My youngest daughter even got car sick on the way up there and the guide was so kind giving her extra time at our stop.
The van was spacious and relaxing in between stops. I would definitely use them again!

Absolutely brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable staff
A very well thought out itinerary. We didn’t stay anywhere too long and me and my family all really enjoyed the places we visited. Our English guide was Ko, he was very knowledgeable about Hokkaido and all the destinations we visited. All the tour guides were extremely friendly and offered to take photos etc. I would highly recommend this tour!

Beautiful handmade souvenirs
From the moment I made our reservation, the communication with the instructor was fast and reliable giving me answers to any concerns or questions. Such responses were greatly appreciated since we were unfamiliar with Sapporo. Wonderfully, it was a short walk from our hotel in Susukino.
The workshop where the class was held was easy to find especially since the instructor waited outside the building with a clear sign. The worship area was easily accessible by elevator. Erica and Hina clearly and patiently instructed us in English with constant attention. The class was organized and all supplies were provided. There was a varied range of woods with concise explanations of each type for our selection. Guidance throughout the process is patient, friendly and supportive. They even provided a variety of decorations and packaging styles which enhanced our handmade chopsticks. It was truly an enjoyable hour or more with a beautiful and practical souvenir as a result of our own work. We emphatically recommend this workshop while in Sapporo. Arigato, Erica and Hina!

Shiori is the best
From start to finish Shiori was so friendly, it was like an aunty picking us up from the station. We learnt how to make sushi from scratch and she explains all the ingredients and then she served us an absolute banquet too! I think we had about 7/8 courses in the end. We even briefly met her family as it was in her home. She offered for me to try on her grandmothers kimono and it was really special. The day was just great, highlight of our trip to Hokkaido. Would recommend for all abilities too. Shiori is the best!

Highly Recommend Handmade Soba Mondo
Excellent experience for the whole family!
Taku and his wife are the epitome of Japanese hospitality. Located about 20 minutes away from Sapporo Station by Taxi. We used the Go Taxi App. 1 hour includes history of soba, mixing soba flour and water by hand, rolling, and cutting by hand. The noodles are delicious and chewy. The soba sauce and soup are equally delicious. You can add on tempura if you’d like. Highly recommend this experience for the whole family.

Awesome food tour with Tsuru!
My partner and I went on the food tour with our guide Tsuru. He was incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and had a lot of local knowledge of the area. He took us to his favourite local spots, including an izakaya with all you can eat dishes and drinks. We stayed there for about an hour, and it was the perfect setting for great conversations. We also went to some outdoor food stalls across the street from Nijo market that sold delicious yakitori. Because we were a very small group, Tsuru went above and beyond by customizing the itinerary for us. At our request, he took us to Norbesa to check out anime merchandise and gaming hardware, which we loved. We ended the tour with ice cream. We had a great time there!

Lots of delicious food and drinks!
Hide was a fun and gracious host. We went to three different places and had more than enough delicious food, and drinks at each spot. None of us could actually finish everything since we were so full! You should come hungry and ready to drink. We were a group of seven people who did not know each other before, but by the end, we were laughing together and had a great time.

A lovely few hours...
A lovely few hours enjoying Scott’s guidance and hospitality. Enjoyed the Ainu Museum, the public transportation rides, the lunch experience, the onsen soaking and of course, Scott’s conversations and dry humor!
The experience was enhanced by the presence of Stella and Faith from Hawaii in our little group.

We learned, we laughed, we loved it!
I dislike writing reviews, but this place has earned one. Such a fun and welcoming group of people.
We sat ringside and were given instruction in the history and basics of Sumo wrestling (this while enjoying a quite good dinner and drinks). Then, we watched our two competitors warm up and do battle. It was really impressive.
But nothing could match the moment we donned our own inflatable Sumo suits and entered the ring ourselves to test our skills against the professionals. Hilarious would be an understatement.
Everyone from the wrestlers to the host to the other staff was so delightful and friendly, they made it a truly memorable evening.
Our three-week stay in Japan was marked by great food, extraordinary art, rich history and magnificent scenery. But this, this madcap experience was a high point we will never forget.
An absolute must-do.

Fun Day Great Sights
Got to see some pretty spectacular sights on a snowy day - a zoo covered in snow, a waterfall, lake and artisans at work. Tomi our guide and driver did a fantastic job making sure we were comfortable and beautifully navigated the snowy roads and road closures.
