Takada was our driver and his Alphard was immaculate. He was such a gentleman and although he didn't speak much English, he would do over and beyond by showing us the English translation of what he wanted to impart to us about the interesting sights along the way and in Furano. He was thoughtful and anticipated our needs. Our visit to Furano: Farm Tomita, Shikisai-no-Oka...was a beautiful experience.

The vehicle was in immaculate condition. Thanks to the smooth driving by Takada San, the journey was very comfortable. Takada San has very limited English but I did not have any problems with that. I got to see everything I wanted. I requested an early 6:45am pickup and he was there waiting for me. Excellent service.

Megumi san was very helpful in communicating and organising our tour. Our driver Nars was knowledgeable and flexible. He changed the itinerary when the rain came. We ended up visiting Otaru instead of Osu Ropeway due to low visibility. We enjoyed the delicious seafood at the fish market based on Nars’ recommendation. Definitely recommend this company for tours.

Our family made multiple bookings with this service. All very pleasant and smooth experiences. Hokkaido is beautiful with many sites spread across the island. Good planning goes a long way. Megumi suggested helpful ideas for trip plans that made the most of our tour time. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Yuki took good care of us to sightsee Hokkaido. Made the tours comfortable and enjoyable, especially for my mom in her 80s. Always on time and never felt rushed.

The day was at Furano Lavender & Melon, Blue Pond, Shirahige waterfalls, and Cheese Factory. We are not the type of family to stay and linger at a site, so after seeing what we needed to see and pic taking, our guide Mr. Maki was more than happy to hit the road. He was a nice man who spoke English and stopped off at several Family Marts so we could hunt for Pokemon packs. It was a good day to get out and see the countryside and farm land. Thank you.

Working with Megumi to organize the tour was a very pleasant experience. She was very helpful and answered email promptly.
Our driver, Mr Yuuki, was prompt and a very good driver. Although his English is not fluent, he tried very hard to use google translate and we were able to understand each other. Would recommend this company.

This is a whole day experience, from morning pickup at your hotel to dropoff. Beautiful nature scenery just outside Sapporo, with our kind driver Yuki. He assisted with pictures and patiently accompanied us. Lake Toya views especially the Usu Ropeway were unforgettable.

We really wanted to see a number of places on Hokkaido, but most of the tours were a full day. We had a half day before we caught our flight, so we were able to see what we wanted to by having a driver take us to those locations. Afterwards he dropped us off at the airport, so we didn’t have to worry about that. It was very convenient and a great experience! The car was immaculate, Yuuki made pit stops during our three hour trip to see the Blue Pond, he made some great suggestions when we had a few extra minutes time, and Yuuki also took some wonderful photos of my husband and I.

Amazing, seamless service - definitely made our trip easier traveling around Hokkaido with a customized itinerary, with very helpful guidance from Megumi! Nars was an awesome, fun driver who even spoke Chinese, which worked out perfectly for our group. He even took us on a bonus side trip to see another site since we had extra time! Highly recommend this experience if you want to maximize time and see things off the beaten track.

We thank our driver, Yuuki San, for providing perfect weather for our day trip through Hokkaido! The trip opened our eyes to the size of Hokkaido and how different it is compared to other places we have visited in Japan. Yuuki San is an excellent driver, very safe and professional. We appreciated that he took frequent breaks from the long drive, was accommodating and was attentive to our wishes. As a bonus, he took us to a soup curry restaurant for lunch that was oishii, and we are grateful for the beautiful photos he took that will serve as a lovely memory of our trip!! He is working on his English so we hope to see his improvements the next time we visit. Thank you to Megumi San, for coordinating our itinerary and for being so responsive to our requests! We had a wonderful time!

We loved this trip! Our group of 11 went to two flower farms, the Blue Pond, and the Furano Cheese Factory. Megumi was super helpful in designing our itinerary, very responsive and a great communicator. The bus was very comfortable. Yuuki, our driver, was amazing. He is a talented photographer and took great pictures of our group. He also hung out with us at some of the stops which made the trip even more fun. A+++

Fantastic experience with our private tour guide, Nakamura. He takes the initiative to bring us through each of the attractions, and ensures that we have a smooth experience throughout by conversing with the workers and taking in directions on our behalf. Not to mention, Nakamura was also a fantastic photographer and captured many priceless memories for our family. We went to Tomita Farm, the blue pond and Shikisai No Oka Biei. Though it was rainy, Mr. Maki was a wonderful driver and kept us safe and patiently waited for us at each stop to Furano. Would highly recommend.

A very flexible package that is so affordable. We went to
- Butsuganji Sapporohonzan (Lying Buddha)
- Makomanai Takino Cemetery (Hill of the Buddha by Tadao Ando)
- Shiroi Koibito Park
- Mount Okura
- Hokkaido Shrine.
Operator will tell you if the planned itinerary is possible giving you advice and recommendation. The driver also recommended a very nice and quaint ramen shop for lunch. It was so good.
