Fantastic Tour

Orie was our guide; she was very friendly and accommodating. It was almost the end of Sakura season but per our request, she drove us to different places to find trees that are still in bloom. She found a park, and we were abe to take some beautiful pictures. She also suggested several places for lunch and let us choose. We finalized to a fish market and we had the best fresh seafood lunch ever!! Even though we don't speak Japanese, Orie used a translating app on the way to tell us the history/stories of the places that we went, and we were able to communicate with no problems. All of us had fun the whole trip. We would recommend Orie to anyone! If there was one thing to improve for this tour, I would like to receive a text either from the company or the guide the day before the trip with the guide's name & car info (type & license plate #). While I was waiting at the lobby, the hotel concierge asked for car/guide info so that they could help looking for my guide, but I was not able to provide any info. I believe a confirmation text on the day before the tour would solve the uncertainty of this situation. All in all, we had a great time and I believe the tour was fantastic!

Thank you Keny!

Our driver Keny! I had a fall on my second day in Sapporo. We had to alter our trip a bit. We did not want to go outlet shopping. Keny asked if we wanted to see the Butsugan-ji Temple. There was no one else there beside the older lady who was checking in visitors. Breathtaking! Thick fluffy snowflakes were falling and the sky was a bit grey…but there was just a moment, when the sunlight shown on the golden Nirvana Buddha, and it brought tears to my eyes. Besides that, Keny helped us so much with my wheelchair and crutches. I am coming back hopefully in a couple of months when my hip heals and I will definitely contact Keny again for another tour! Thank you Keny!
