Seemed a little fast. The driver used his cell phone often. He has not been the only one but it was texting on the curves. It was a little concerning. Otherwise the car was clean the driver was polite and efficient.

Our driver was great - he was on time and standing with a sign with our name on it so very easy to find him. He was very knowledgeable about the island and gave us some insight as to what we were looking at while driving. Very nice as well.

Nightmare!

Driver left me and my 70 years old Mom, by the road because he said he could not get any closer. We had to walk 300 meters through narrow streets until we run into a dead end. We only made it to the Hotel thanks to some good Samaritans that helped, as there was no access to the hotel where the drivers left us.

Excellent and on-time pick-up, friendly driver. Highly recommended

After booking, it was easy to contact the operator via Viator message to confirm details such as hotel and pickup time. The driver, Yianni, arrived right on time and waited for us to bring our luggage, and helped us bring it into the car. Along the way (a short ride from Kamari to the airport) he was making great conversation and being very friendly. Got us to the airport in record time and we were the first in our check-in line! Perfect service, 5 stars. Thanks Yianni and team! Looking forward to the next time we need airport transfers in Santorini.

Attente de plus d’une heure voire 1h30 du transfert..Aucun contact à la sortie du bateau. 3 appels téléphoniques pour avoir une réponse du correspondant. Impossible d’avoir le transfert aussitôt car trop d’autres passagers et attente d’un second transfert .

Cher Claude, Merci pour votre avis. Nous avons découvert le problème de votre service de transfert et la faute vient de vous. Votre bateau a eu un retard d'une heure et comme c'était encore la haute saison, le chauffeur se dirigeait vers un autre service de transfert. Mais nous avons notre bureau dans le port et notre personnel vous propose de l'eau, du café et d'attendre 30 minutes pour qu'un autre chauffeur vienne pour votre nouveau service de transfert qui venait de nous sans aucun frais supplémentaire. Vous avez réservé un service de transport en navette et non un service de transfert privé, mais nous vous en avons proposé un privé sans aucun frais supplémentaire.
