- Due to the force majeure and the measures of the greek goverment for the seismic activity on the island of Santorini, the old port of Fira will remain closed until the 24th of May. Therefore, until then, the tour will be operated only with transfers departing from the port of Athinios until the 25th of May.

Communication around how challenging it is to get to the meeting point was never given. So we had no idea it would take as long as it did to get there and the tour had left without us. No one was at the office either to see if there was a different tour we could switch to (after walking down the deadly stairs, I wouldn’t have even cared if I still had to pay to see something else.) I requested a refund and was denied; so considering I wasn’t on the tour, and also didn’t receive a positive customer service experience there’s nothing positive I can say about this experience or this tour company.

If you are only in Santorini a day. Don't waste your time. You can barely get in water maybe 20 minutes. Volcano isn't that cool more like a hill and it is extremely hot.

The springs were great but the volcano was a no-go because it was so hot. The check in process was a disorganized mess. I went to “exchange” my tickets at the office 30 minutes early and the lady told me I was fine and didn’t need to but then after waiting in line to get on the boat the guy said I had to go get tickets and of course then the lady gave me a sheet of paper to have him scan but then a million other people had boarded and we had to wait for the next boat.

This was a wonderful experience. Starting the tour with an exploration of Nea Kemini gave a phenomenal panoramic view from the center of the caldera. We learned some background information about the destruction of Akrotiri and what would happen if the volcano were to violently explode again. After that, we had a wonderful swim in the water and the thermals. One tip for others - you have to jump off the boat into deep waters and swim at least 50 meters each way to and from the boat in moving waves. They had pool noodles for anyone who wanted to use them. Definitely be aware of your swimming strength!

Georgia was fantastic and the whole experience was awesome. The hike up the volcano wasn’t too challenging, and we were given breaks to catch our breath. The swim in the hot springs were amazing, but make sure to wear a dark swim suit as the minerals will stain light colors. Also recommend showering and especially washing your hands before you do anything else, as I caught a mild bacterial infection from the swim.

We chose to tour areas of Greece without taking a big cruise liner- with this tour and others we enjoyed the beautiful water without the fuss of cruising! The boat was comfortable and i even got in the water for the hot springs- it was cold before it was hot- but a lovely little dip!
The crew was lovely and the explanation of the area very interesting!

Excellent tour and history of the volcano and formation of Santorini as it is today. If you plan to swim wear a dark bathing suit.

Nice trip, pleasant tour guide. We had a great day. Don't forget a bathing suit, towel and water proof bag if you want pictures at the hot springs. The swim there was great, refreshing!!

Our trip was quite enjoyable. The group hike up the caldera was well paced and we had plenty of time for photographs. Our guide, Georgiana(?), was super informative and engaging. We learned a lot about both the history and the geology of the area. Well worth the time and money.

We turned up as instructed only to find the shop closed. We called the number provided and we told they'd decided to cancel that days tour. We received no warning of the cancellation and it clearly wasn't last minute as they didn't even open the shop. Disrespectful of other people's time.

Our staff called the customers and rescheduled their tour. If you were unreachable on the phone, we have no other way to contact you, and our office was open on the day as we run other excursions as well, are you sure you went to the right spot?
Of course, you have received a full refund since the departure was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

This is a bit of a mass market experience so you are in with the crowds. The best part is the swimming at the springs but overall a bit underwhelming.

Definitely not worth it. Very rushed thru out. Warm beer in the 'snack bar' with not much else. Crammed everyone on board and not enough seats. Very disappointing tour to locations that would have been wonderful if planned well.

Guide was really informative, told us about the volcano site and hot spot. Was really windy on the day we went so hike was a bit on the harder side. Have to pay 5 euros on the spot.

Definitely good. It is a bit difficult to find the office because it does not have the same name as the tour operator. Do not worry, there are only 2 offices, ask in any of them. Do not expect a private or small tour, it is a big boat with a lot of people, however, it is quite the expected for the price. It is a must while in Santorini. The guide is very nice and knowledgeable although the comments are difficult to hear while in the boat despite the fact the they use a micro. Remember not to brig white swinsuit! It could end up tainted in the hot springs. All in all, really good experience!
