We had an excellent experience from start to finish! The photographer is very professional and kind! She knows the best spots for photographs in Santorini and helped us get the best poses down. We are extremely happy with our photos and she had an option to buy more photos than the preset 25 which we happily paid for more photos because we simply could not choose only 25. The whole experience was great because I usually am stressed the entire trip about getting “the perfect photo” of my husband and I, asking strangers to take photos etc. having this experience booked, I was able to relax on our trip more knowing we had photos scheduled with a professional! I highly recommend this experience! We will look back at these photos for years to come!

I had the most incredible photoshoot experience in Oia! Shaqayeq (the photographer) is truly an artist — she knew exactly which poses and angles would capture the best light and scenery. Her creativity and local knowledge made all the difference; every shot came out stunning and perfectly framed against the Santorini backdrop. She made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the session, and the final photos exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Oia — it’s the best souvenir you could take home!

Our pictures turned out perfect! Our photographer was so kind and efficient with our time to get lots of poses in at each location. We got to choose which 25 photos we wanted and had the option of purchasing more. Photos were taken in an area with only professional photographers so only one other group was around. We did 5 pm and did not have to wear sunglasses, but later times would be even better!

Shaqa took us to post card-esque locations, places we ourselves probably could not find in the short amount of time we were there. She was friendly and has a good eye. The photos turned out beautiful. Aside from the included 25 photos, we had the option to buy additional for a cost or buy the bulk amount. I’m so glad we did this!

We had a wonderful photo shoot experience with Shaqayeq. She was fantastic and communicated with us in advance, let us know we had picked the wrong time for photo shoot (when the light would be gone) and offered to switch to an earlier time which we gladly accepted. She took several solo and group photos of my family in different spots in Oia and the results were fantastic. I plan to frame some of them. I recommend her highly!

Shaqayeq was amazing! It was very windy the day we got out photos done but she worked with it and the photos turned out AMAZING!! 15 times better than I expected. Her personality was so easy to get a long with. She is amazing!! Would definitely rebook!!

I’ve never written a negative review before, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same headache. My husband and I had been planning our honeymoon and birthday celebration in Santorini for months, and part of that plan was a photoshoot we booked weeks in advance. Initially, we scheduled a morning session with Shaqayeq, and after booking, we were told we would receive further details from the operator. Unfortunately, we never heard back.
Once we arrived in Santorini, we reached out for meeting instructions, and Shaqayeq claimed she had sent the information—but we never received it. She then suggested we change our morning session to the late afternoon for better lighting, and we agreed to that change.
On the day of the shoot, we ran into issues with our rental and experienced heavy traffic on our way to Oia. We notified Shaquayeq about the situation, and when we arrived, we tried to explain the delays. However, she refused to listen and barely acknowledged us, sitting down, scrolling through her phone, and smoking, even though we still had some time left in our scheduled time.
My husband was incredibly frustrated by her attitude, especially after the effort we put in to make it to the location. Afterward, we contacted customer service to request a refund. She quickly reached out to offer us an alternative session. However, Shaquayeq was very rude towards my husband, which left us feeling even more uncomfortable. Reluctantly, we agreed to reschedule since we were flying back in two days.
After the shoot was done she told us that if we weren’t satisfied with any pictures we could get the unedited versions. When we returned we reached out for those photos but then she demanded payment—something that was never mentioned when we were in Santorini. We sent several emails asking for updates and resolution, but she ignored us for nearly a month. Finally, when we escalated the issue again, Shaquayeq called from Santorini, was extremely unprofessional, and hung up the phone after saying we WILL NOT GET ANY PICTURES!
This has been the worst experience we’ve had with Viator!!! Please do yourself a favor and AVOID booking with Shaqayeq. Find a photographer who is professional, polite, and respectful so your special occasion doesn’t end up ruined like ours did!

I want to address the situation clearly and professionally.
You arrived after the scheduled session time, despite my message kindly asking you not to be late, as I had another photoshoot immediately afterward. Even though I needed to leave for my next appointment, you insisted on proceeding with the session at the meeting point. I explained to you that I had another commitment, and while we were discussing this, your husband arrived, took you by the hand, and yelled at me, saying he would “deal with me later.”
After leaving, you later made a false claim, stating that you were sick and unable to attend the session in Oia, and you demanded a refund. Despite rejecting this false request, I offered you another appointment the following day as a gesture of goodwill—specifically because of you, Yasmin, and not because of your husband’s behavior.
The second photoshoot was successfully completed, and I delivered the photos to you. You expressed satisfaction with the results and even inquired about purchasing additional photos. I informed you I would provide the price list for any extra photos you wished to buy.
While I was on vacation, I received yet another email from you, this time again requesting a refund and falsely claiming that the photoshoot had not been performed. I rejected this claim and reported the matter to Viator, along with all supporting evidence, including your emails which clearly approved everything.
I take great pride in my work, and my many positive reviews reflect the trust and satisfaction of my clients. I am blessed to work with wonderful people, and I do not yield to unfair requests or threats of bad reviews.
Being kind and respectful is a simple yet valuable trait, and I hope you come to understand its importance in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Shaqayeq ! She was so professional, creative, and made the whole process enjoyable. The photographer, Shaqa, was so good. The communication with her before we even left on our trip was amazing. I was so impressed how quickly she responded to my questions and also provided very helpful suggestions. Shaqa was very good on the day of the photoshoot. Took us to multiple locations to get the best photos. My husband and I are close to 50, not models, a little chubby, very ordinary people and I was concerned how the pictures would turn out. Within 8 days we received our pictures and I was so happy with them. They turned out so good. I think we received around 25 pictures and we loved the majority of them. Shana is a very talented photographer and I highly recommend doing this photoshoot. We now have these incredible pictures to remember our time in Santorini.

We came to Greece for a cruise on our honeymoon and Santorini was our first stop. Shaqayeq is so talented, kind and has a great sense of humor. She made the experience very comfortable and so fun! She did a great job of posing us, and she got shots in places you normally see in classic Santorini photos but without lines. Just let her do the talking as you make your way through the town. Don’t waste your time booking others or going through a cruise excursion. She is affordable and the quality was worth more than we paid. So happy we have these as a memory from our honeymoon. You won’t regret it!
