Nothing luxury about this!

This was not the experience we paid for. Instead of a luxury vehicle, we were picked up in a large 12 passenger Mercedes van that felt more like a shuttle than a private luxury transfer. While it was a Mercedes, it was not comfortable for just the two of us, it never cooled down inside, and nothing about the experience felt premium. Our driver also arrived 30 minutes late. Because the van was so large, we could barely hear him whenever he shared information, which took away from the experience. The complimentary water and champagne were also served warm. The driver was friendly and tried to be helpful, but the overall experience did not match what was advertised or what we paid for. Unfortunately, after this experience, we chose not to book any additional excursions through Viator for the remainder of our trip.

Our driver Demetrius, was on time, had water for us to drink right away, had additional drinks on the way, was extremely knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, which was a plus for me, and showed us so much of this beautiful island.

Excellent choice in your. Our guide was knowledgeable and spoke good English. Please not, if the tour is 4 hours, add another 3 -4 hours for the cable car lines. Not recommended for people that have mobility issues ( I was on crutches).

We had a wonderful tour with Mario. It was an amazing host and made sure our family was well looked after. The tour of the island covered everything without feeling too rushed, but importantly spent the time to see the important parts and get a good feel for the island.

We spent 5 hours with Marjo and he was excellent!! He showed us many sites, and helped us plan our other day’s outing. He was polite and attentive. He took pictures for us and was so much fun. He was friendly, flexible and informative. Such a great day! We even hired him for another ride.

Marco our tour guide was excellent. He brought us around two different parts of the island and made a quick accommodation for us to see the black beach. The weather was perfect. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Our guide was excellent. However, the van’s check engine light was on and the ac was barely working. We booked with waters and wine, this was overlooked but he made a stop and picked some up right before our drop off.

Mario was an excellent driver and guide. When picture spots were too crowded he found better ones. He catered to our itinerary with picture taking and helpful hints for shopping. He even took us to a restaurant on the beach that we had been admiring online but never thought possible. Wonderful experience!
