Our tour guide was great and provided so many interesting facts, many which we shared with other people after the tour!
The hostess recommended a place for lunch and we 100% appreciated the local suggestion.
The only thing that slightly bothered us was that the hotel guests received priority pickup & drop off. This also caused our tour to end at least a half hour early because they needed to catch a flight... While those of us from a cruise had plenty of time.
They also had us meet by the cable car, but this isn't where the tour ended. We wish they just had us meet at the office building where they took us to; we would have explored the city a little more before the tour starting (we had to wait an hour so grabbed coffee and watched the mules at the coffee shop across from cable car-- also a nice experience)
Great experience. You get to see all the iconic spots for photos. Our driver was very knowledgeable and a great paparazzi lol.
This tour started off as a little bit problematic because of the way to going up to the town but overall it was great
It's a lot of walking so be prepared plus it was 100 degrees soo hot. But the tour guide was great she was informative and friendly. We learned a lot of interesting history
It's a small, semi-private group tour but we got lucky since there were no cruise ships docked on the day of our tour. We had the tour guide/driver to ourselves and he did a great job of taking us to see the main sites of Oia, Imerovigli and Firostefani. We got some great stories and interesting history behind each of the stops and we were able to explore Oia at leisure for about an hour.
We had a lovely guide, small group and the 3 hours was just right. We received great information about the island.
Great service. We didn’t make it off the cruise ship in time to make it to our 9 am appointment and they moved it to 11 am for us. Our guide was very nice and informative. Great time.
This tour was very disappointing, the blue domes is what we went for and the spot they brought us to was not what was shown in the picture in the booking. We also did not get the tour we asked for, it was suppose to be 3 hrs and we were dropped off after 2 hr 15 mins so the 5 hour trip could make it to lunch. We also signed up for a 9 am tour and I it did not leave until 10. The guide also led us through the town where he friends worked to try to get them visitors. Overall the experience was very underwhelming and frustrating.
Our tour guide Gina was very polite and informative. She explained every place we went to throughout and also was out photographer during the tour.
We had a very nice trip into Santorini. Anna was our guide, and she was terrific. It wasn’t a long tour, but we were able to get a good feel for the area and I’m definitely glad we did it.

The tour was well organized, using our limited time well and covering a lot of ground. The guide, Maria, was a hoot, fun and flexible. Good itinerary.
This was a relaxed and great way to see the island and its villages. Plenty of photo opportunities, as well as some time to shop in Oia.
A great overview of the major areas of Santorini, seeing the major sites of interest with a very knowledgeable driver / guide.George, our Driver was a superb guide & because my wife & I are in our 80’s & slower walking, he often assisted my wife in negotiating the steps involved- a great and thoughtful help.
The guide was hard to understand. Did not show us a good area to stop for food. Weather was no great.

visit to the island. To the guide's defence, the day of your tour was rainy and windy. The majority of the restaurants were not open due to the off-season and the weather. Hopefully, on your next visit, the weather can be on our side,
Fast paced, excellent information and fit plenty into our tour. Our guide even helped with photos…Yianni was excellent!! Would recommend!!
Good for a few highlights of the island and amazing views from several different places. Just felt rushed in the presentation with lots of facts.
Alex was very knowledgeable and funny but he lied to all of us several times telling us that we had plenty of time to get on the cable car down to the boat tenders. He repeatedly said we would be able to almost walk right up and get on when in fact we all had to stand in line for almost 2 hrs. He said we could eat dinner and watch the sun go down when in fact we got in line immediately and when we FINALLY got to the boat tenders we had 5 minutes before it left and it was the last one of the night. Several of us were VERY UNHAPPY! Will never trust or use Viator again!

We sincerely apologize that our guide, Alex, gave you inaccurate information about the wait times. He certainly did not intend to mislead anyone.
Unfortunately, the number of visitors lining up for the cable car that day was far greater than expected.
While we understand your frustration, please note that the cable car operations and queue times are beyond our control.

A wonderful tour and with Tomas (sp?) as our tour guide it couldn't have been better. Santorini is just so beautiful you want to stay longer.
We booked this tour for our honeymoon! I highly recommend. They were efficient and take you to all the great spots for photos. The tour guide was very knowledgeable as well.
The guide (George) was excellent ... knew his stuff very well, great information given and was entertaining too ... did a terrific job with the group of 17 ... keeping us on track and pointing out the most important items ... the management at the office were also super friendly and helpful ... even got a ride back to our accommodations since they were going that way anyway
Arrived late, but they rebooked us and then provided a great tour. Had a good time. Guide took great pictures.
Excellent way to see Santorini from a cruise ship. Informative, fun, scenic and our tour guide Yiannis was the best, also a great photographer. Would highly recommend this tour.
We have 17 people in our group, but we had 3 different bookings. Santorini Karaves Travel were able to group us all in 1 bus. The tour guide Krystos was energetic and friendly. He made us so welcome in Greece and explained a lot about the history of the island and the correct way to pronounce the name of the island Oia. He is absolutely delightful to be around. We were so fortunate to have him as our tour guide and made our day trip so memoriable at Santorini. Just love it!
Great tour with Harry, our wonderful guide. Absolutely stunning views. Certainly a beautiful place. Not a long tour so great for spending some free time shopping and exploring. Would highly recommend.
Our tour guide was great, and because we had children with us the company arranged a private tour. We were provided time to roam alone, but also guided to hot spots!
