Elias made certain that, despite a few drizzles, we had the perfect day. As our personal guide, he taught us some fascinating history about both the island and the process of making wine in Santorini. He allowed us to take our time and enjoy each stop on the tour. Each of the three locations was distinct and memorable, and we tasted some delicious wines. I highly recommend this tour as a way to explore Santorini through the eyes of a capable, knowledgeable native.

Great tour - we were there in the offseason and still got to go to three places. The highlight was definitely the small family winery where we got to bottle our own wine to take home.

Great experience! Our guide Fanny picked up us out our hotel and took us to 3 amazing wineries and to Oia for sunset. She was so knowledgeable about wine and history of Santorini and so welcoming and kind! She was a great host and made this tour even better for us! All the wine was delicious!

We absolutely loved Fani! She is so kind and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She even had a secret spot to take sunset photos which was incredible. Fani knows her wine and made the experience a 10/10. We are so lucky she was our guide and would recommend everyone to do this vineyard tour!

This wound up being a private tour for my daughter & I since there were no other guests. Fannie was an excellent guide — she was funny, personable, and very knowledgeable about wines. She provided an exceptional experience & I would recommend her personally to anyone who wishes to do this experience!

We visited wonderful wineries and sampled various wines from the region. I learned so much about why the wines are so delicious and how the grapes and vines are grown. Very interesting!! Our guide was so knowledgeable and enjoyable to listen to. We were also grateful for her offer to take photos of us to capture our memories. I wish I could remember her name now. We returned home and my memory is failing me.

This wine tour may be the best tour I have ever been on. Our guide was prompt, kind, extremely knowledgeable and a whole lot of fun. We learned so much about the wine history or Santorini. The wine and mezze at each place were fantastic. The tour was flexible and our guide even picked us a perfect drop off point for a few things we had t seen yet. I would book this tour again. It is a must do on the island!!

Our guide Fanny was very friendly and professional. She is also very knowledgeable and caring. There were only 2 of us in the tour so we got a BMW X1 driving us around. The wineries are not as big as those in France or Italy but that's the characteristics of Greek wines. An overall good experience.

Fannis and Kris were both great. Very knowledgeable about not only wine but also the island. Our group shared two cars to three wineries and then a sunset view in oia. The wines were traditional and new age local Santorini wines and each came with a snack platter of various cheeses, meats, olives and dips. Beautiful views on the two larger companies

This was an amazing tour with amazing people. We loved all three of the wineries visited and we met a fun couple who joined us on the tour. I definitely recommend this tour. I am so glad that transportation was included because we had the opportunity to taste a lot of great wine and I wouldn’t have made it back to my hotel! Do this tour!

What a fantastic tour and a great day!!! This is by far the best excursion we have had on our trip! The wine museum was awesome! The wine was great and the small home run winery was a definite highlight! We bought a bottle to go home with and they let me pour it and my husband corked it! What an amazing experience!!

This wine tour was amazing with the well-versed tour guide Fani! The first stop was a family-owned boutique winery. Fani showed us the techniques used to cultivate the grape vines throughout the island. The wines were delicious and the owner was gracious. Here is an opportunity to get Greek olive oil and handmade soaps. The next stop was a modern winery with a sommelier from Crete. This included a visit to the wine making area of the estate. The wines were spectacular and are available at many restaurants including Vanilla. The last winery on the tour included a walk through of the wine cellar which housed many bottles of vintage wine. This collection of aged wine bottles echoed feelings of nostalgia and charm. The guide Fani provided many interesting facts and tidbits of Santorini and its history which helped us tremendously as first-time visitors to this magical place. This tour is a great way to begin your visit to Santorini If you want to learn some interesting and useful information that can be used throughout your stay!

My husband and I had an amazing time on this tour with Fani. We got lucky enough to have been the only ones to book it and ended up with a private tour. Fani was a delight, a lovely person and so knowledgeable, ready to answer all our questions. The wine was amazing, and it was so fascinating to learn about the unique wine making process start to finish. You can really taste the depth of history in the wines, and the differences between how each winery makes and blends their versions. I would highly recommend this tour to any other wine lovers, especially if you love the history behind the flavors.

George was great. He provided us with a lot of information prior to arriving at the wineries. We were able to try the unique wines to the island. Snacks were also provided with each tasting. George also took us to see the sunset in an area that wasn’t crowded with tourists. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful time with Junior, our guide for the day! He was well versed in wines of Santorini. He took us to three wineries, the last being a personal home where the winemaker makes his own wines. It was an amazing experience! It was very personal and just what we wanted! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing afternoon with Fani as our driver. She is so knowledgeable about the wines of Santorini and the history of the island. We were all laughing and sharing stories by the end of the afternoon. And the sunset spot she took us to was amazing and away from the tourist areas! We loved every part of the tour and highly recommend!!!

The tour itself was four stars, our driver, George, made it five stars! He was very knowledgeable about the wines and wine making process, even stopping along the road to show us how they make a ‘nest’ for the grapes to protect them from the wind and sand. We visited three wineries, all had their own unique style. One was a local producer with a small production.

Our guide was Fanni, a Santorini resident of 12 years who knows the island like the back if her hand.
We were treated to a visit to three vineyards, of varying sizes and styles, trying four or five wines at each (with paired snacks, with very friendly and knowledgeable hosts). We were even given an expert tour and introduction to the 'vine wrapping', barrelling, bottling and storing process at one of the vineyards by Fanni herself.
The second vineyard also boasts am excellent restaurant in a beautiful garden, which we returned to for our last evening meal of our holiday.
Fanni was everything we could want in a guide: friendly, punctual, helpful, enthusiastic and a reassuring driver among the Santorini traffic. She even recommended stopping at an en route pharmacy to get some medicine for my wife's 'aeroplane cough'.
The tour is an opportunity to learn about the wine making history of Santorini, the unusual wrapping process, while enjoying the more traditional holiday pass time of drinking wine.
The icing on the cake was Fanni's 'insider knowledge' of where to watch the magical Oia sunset to avoid the worst of the crowds.
Would highly recommend the vineyard tour and Fanni as a guide.

We had a wonderful time. We were picked up at our hotel and transported to three vineyards. Fani & Elias, tour guides, were very knowledgeable. They explained the history and types of grapes grown in Santorini and the methods used to make the various wines. We tasted 4 wines at our first stop and 5 wines at our second stop. They explained the best food pairing for each wine and each sample was very good. Both of these vineyards have adopted modern preparation methods. We were in for a wonderful treat at our last vineyard. They continued making wine the old way. We tasted 6 samples. The last sample was the best of the tour and guides Included humor about it. I still get cracked up when thinking about it. We bought a couple small bottles from this vineyard with one being the last sample. Our sunset view was off the beaten path and only used by professional photographers. We had a wonderful experience.
