The drive up was informative of the area and the views spectacular. Oia was beautiful! There was a mix up with the meeting place from the driver but they sorted it out. It was a long wait though.

All vacation ruined because of irresponsibility

Very bad experience, would not recommend these irresponsible company at all. I was planning to make a proposal to my girlfriend during the sunset in OIA. We have spent our vacation, money and time to make it in the special place in Santorini and when we finally came the trip was cancelled 30 mins before our scheduled time. We were already waiting for them when they wrote us a message and no excuses. They could rent a car, replace a car or offer us an uber drive but they have just cancelled everything like they don’t care. It’s a total disrespect to the customers and their feelings and not client oriented move at all. Companies like that should not offer services at all.

You are usually wary when using a company for the first time and even though I rang up twice to make sure of the meeting arrangements, I was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. My calls were answered quickly and we met the driver who was brilliant, giving us a running commentary on the route from Fira to Oia. I suggest walking through Oia about as far as you can and finding a restaurant to sit and eat in as you await the Sunset, the surrounding streets get packed solid with everyone trying to get a clear view. We then met our driver at our agreed spot and drove back to Fira by a different route but still saw some spectacular scenery.

We have not made the excursion. They have changed our departure time and also the arrival time, it was Impossible for us to make the last tender boat on time. Therefore we did not make the excursion.

The disappointment is that you booked a tour and never showed up! The tour is not custom just for you! We know that we take you back AFTER sunset! If the timing is not good for you you should not book! You are such a disappointment

The church of Prophet Elias and the ride up there. Beautiful views there and in Oia while walking to the sunset and having apps, drinks, dinner and dessert.

Return delayed!

When we were picked up for the return trip to our hotel, the driver stopped and waited 40 minutes to pickup additional passengers, we therefore very late coming back.

Dear valued customer. First of all there is no way you were waiting 40 mins. Other participants of the tour lost their way back to the van so we had to give them some time to find it! As travellers coming to foreign country you should respect that we are helping fellow travelers when something goes wrong! That’s why we are the best agency in Santorini! I hope you will adjust your criteria when reviewing a service in the future! After all you said nothing about the service provided!

Taxi booking not a tour

This is not what is advertised to be on Viator. In the end it was just an advanced taxi booking for a round trip to Oia. Sunbird do not reply to messages on Viator and their building in Imerovigli is actually closed. In the end I had to find their Facebook page and chase the travel agency via WhatsApp to actually confirm the pick up time and locations both ways (we were still waiting on a reply while in Oia to hear about the return journey). I do not know what would have happened if I did not message them. The driver himself was great and if I was just rating the taxi driver then this review would be more positive, however for the company to stay it is a structured tour with a guide is misleading and very overpriced.
