This tour was the perfect activity to wrap up our trip to Greece. Toto, the tour guide was phenomenal on the way up to the volcano, during dinner, and dancing on the boat. The views from the boat were breathtaking, the food was excellent, the swimming was very refreshing. Everyone on the hast was very courteous and welcoming. Lifting the sails on the boat to see the sunset made it even more memorable. I highly recommend this tour. Truly out of this world!

The experience was good. But would have been better if we had been able to understand our tour guide. His English was so accented that we only understood a fraction of what he was saying.

What an amazing experience, Tito and the crew go above and beyond to make the day one to remember, guided tour of the volcano, swimming in warm mineral water and then the bluest water I have ever seen, buffet tea was delicious complemented by local wine and beer. The evenings highlight was the sunset for sure. As we sailed back to port the Boat turned into a mini disco with Tito again doing a great job of entertaining us,

I went solo and made friends so fast there. The crew members are so friendly and amazing. The vibe in the boat is great and fantastic. I recommend it as a solo traveler and based on the couples I met there. The food is a buffet and it includes different types of foods (all Greek) and it’s delicious.

I’ve never felt so disrespected on a trip. The captain and crew were wonderful, but the guide’s behavior was appalling—rude, dismissive, and even yelling at guests. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our vacation, we ended up paying to be treated poorly.
When we addressed it, the company’s response was nothing but empty apologies. No accountability, no attempt to make it right, no compensation. That silence speaks volumes about how little they value their customers.
Travel is supposed to create lasting good memories. Unfortunately, this company left us with the opposite. For your own peace of mind, I strongly recommend booking with someone else.

The actual excursion was great but the picking up at the meeting place was not. On my documents there was no specific time that we had to be at the Greco hotel other than 2pm which is when the sailboat was to depart. I received a call and text messages saying that the driver was waiting and he would leave if we didn’t get there, I informed the person on the call that we weren’t given a specific time to meet at the hotel to get picked up. Luckily we we’re 2 hotels away and were able to walk very fast there.
It was very frustrating and I felt terrible that the other passengers had to wait for us.
My suggestion is that you put the meeting time on the documents so that we know what time we have to be at the meeting place.

Buyer beware! They list the wrong time of pickup from hotel and will not give refunds. We did not have WiFi so we received no correspondence from them. Miserable experience.

Great one day trip to see a lot of Santorini, including the beautiful sunset. The hike to the top of the volcano is worth the amazing view. The food and drinks were decent.

The beginning of the experience was absolutely horrendous! It was rather disorganized and poor communication. We showed up to the Santorini Mou as scheduled and agreed upon. A man who was not the most presentable nor professional, approached my wife and I mumbled some words in Greek, which we did not understand. It was only after 10 minutes, a person from the office contacted me confirming the identity of the person was the driver to pick us up for the dinner cruise. He was a very rough driver, and he seemed unsure where he was going. He picked up one couple from one location, drove a few miles, then drove back to the same location to pick up close to 6 others. We were dropped off to the location of the boats with no direction on where to go. No signage, no indication of which company this was. Myself and the other customers were essentially winging it and following each other around. To be quite honest, once we boarded - the experience was great! Great time spent. The driver who picked us all up, was dressed rather professionally, and had a sign with our names. I wish they sent him (or someone like him) earlier to avoid the confusion. Although the actual cruise and drive back was great, I would not suggest this cruise to anyone given how it started out. Going to another country to explore and embark on an adventure is great! But when you are paying for some services, you expect some organization and proper communication. The gentleman they sent initially would not be a person to be counted on to represent quality services this business claims. I give this 4 stars solely based on the cruise, and the driver who brought us back to our respective hotels. I would give tell people to run if it was based on how it started off. If this group decides to organize the first half, it would have been a great experience

This is a great tour if you just want to spend most of the day on a catamaran out on the water in Santorini. The morning pickup and boarding was a bit chaotic - a driver met us on the side of the road and dropped us off at the port, but did not give good instructions about how to board. Luckily, we recognized the boat that we were supposed to board and approached it - it didn't seem like the crew was looking for us at all. Once on board, the best seats are outside but were quickly taken. There is a cash bar (accepts credit card) both downstairs and upstairs. There was a stop for a short volcano hike and some swimming stops. The hike is quite steep and would be difficult for some - maybe about 30 minutes of an uphill climb. The views were just OK but not terribly impressive. The swimming spots were nice to jump in the water (not too cold in August). Overall, it felt a bit like just killing time until dinner, which is a delicious Greek buffet. And after that, the watching the sunset on board is magical. We had a good time and I would recommend this tour, but it is a long day as you dock at night time after the sunset.

We were looking for an excursion that would let us experience Santorini without all of the crowds and this was a great choice. We had a lovely afternoon getting to see the beauty of the surrounding island, the hike to the volcano and the swim in the hot springs was so fun. The crew was fantastic and the food was delicious. The sunset was beautiful.
I would highly recommend that anyone spend an afternoon on this tour.

This was an amazing trip! It is a really nice balance of activities and time to lay back and relax. The bar on the boat has really awesome cocktails and the entire staff is super friendly. The whole experience was incredibly well organized and just a lot of fun!

Boat was clean staff were friendly.
Please be prepared wear walking shoes or trainers to climb up the volcano it’s not suitable for those that aren’t fit as it is hilly.

Loved swimming at the warm springs but it did ruin my white bathing suit. Pays to read the notes! Sober was delicious. Be aware that you do pay for all drinks other than wine at dinner.

No sails as u see in pic, food was just ok nothing fantastic, ran out of desert and was like oh well sorry!! The staff didnt interact at all with guest only to herd for food and desert. The swimming was great and the hot springs. Noodles are old and gross. This needs an overhaul big tourist trap!!
