The experience never happened. My husband and I were told to get a refund because the bikes were damaged from the weather conditions. We are still waiting on our full refund from Viator
This was a great activity but the workers were late and unprofessional. The worker showed up late was delayed our activity by 30 minutes. They did not give any instructions in regards to safety measures as well as there was no waiver, signed nor explained. directly after the event was over we were left at the water dock by ourselves and did not know how to get out of the water and the workers were nowhere in sight. We had to pull ourselves out of the water and put the bikes on the pier without any assistance from them, the workers need better training as well as customer service skills. They never apologize for being late and honestly did not have the proper etiquette for this tourist attraction.
We booked an activity the day before. We arrived and they were double booked. We was told to come back later the evening but we couldn’t because we had other things booked. We left Puerto Rico the next morning, it was our last day in PR. We are requesting our $120 back
Awesome experience! I can not swim, but had no fears of my safety. The ride was very refreshing and relaxing. I will definitely recommend for others.

Do not book through viator. The company does not accept bookings from viator nor do they have the tours advertised on viator. When we showed up, we were told that if we wanted to book one of the tours through this company, we would have to pay again to book something there in person not through viator.
Bikes were easy to handle and get into. We saw a manatee and a turtle pop up from the water briefly. The weather was overcast and light rain but we still had fun.
I went water bike riding with my fiancé & a group of friends The water bike riding was great & relaxing with a good price also….
The water bikes were great! We raced, we floated around, and the location was the bomb. The owner/operator was very nice and friendly
The activity itself was fabulous. We had a blast on the water. The gentleman who helped us in the water was nice and courteous, but he was no longer around when we came back so we had to disembark on our own. Otherwise, we had a really good time. Would recommend to anyone on vacation who has a casual relationship with time. :-)

DONT BOOK! Will cancel on you & not even let you know why. Literally canceled, gave no reason, never answered the phone till AFTER our scheduled appointment time. If you like getting your time & hard working money wasted by all means book them
I'm giving this experience 3 stars only because I was very uncomfortable. I'm 5'7 for a woman that's pretty tall which means I have pretty long legs. The host was really nice he even adjusted the seat twice however it was still very uncomfortable. I do appreciate his effort.
They didnt have enough bikes all they had was one the rest were down for repair. But gave mynfefund back immediately so im good.

I didn’t have an experience. When we got to the place he informed us they only had one bike available and we booked ahead of time 3 of them. I’m upset because I feel they could of told us ahead of time so I could of planned another event and got my money back
We spent $22 on Uber to location, to be told they only had 1 water bike available. We had reserved 2. They wanted us to wait 2 hrs max for a part to come for the second bike. After waiting, we head back and were told they would need at least another 30 mins to an hr to assemble the 2nd bike. At that point we were just getting the run arounds and wanted a refund. In the descriptions and pictures they show multiple water bikes and when we get there, they only had 1 operating bike in the entire establishment. False advertisement. They could have gave us a courtesy call letting us know what was going on before wasting our time and money. The People were nice but their actions were very unprofessional. Would never book with them again and wouldn’t recommend! 0/10
Canceled on me six hours before show-up time. Offered me boards. I took the full refund. Third cancellation by Viator on this week long trip.

Excellent! It was fun to bike on water around the lagoon. We even saw a gentle baby manatee. The man that took care of us was very nice! I highly recommend trying this!
What a wonderful experience! Diego was so helpful and accommodating. We kayaked and then rode the water bikes! Super fun and relaxing! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this experience. It was just my boyfriend and I. It was quiet and beautiful on the lagoon while we rode all over but then magically a family of manatees joined us for at least half an hour. So special. A real highlight of our trip.
Seeing my daughter and wife get over the fears and giving it a try. Look more fun than what it really was, but not bad.
We booked this excursion through Viator and wasn't able to do the excursion, the water bike company called 30mins before the event was supposed to start and said the equipment was under maintenance but I never received a refund or a written notice
This was probably one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences. My friends and I booked this excursion for my birthday. 45mins before time to report to the designated point, we received a call from a guy informing us that the excursion was cancelled with no clear reason why. He kept saying he would give us a full refund. So this prompted me to reach out to the tour coordinator via the Viator site that we booked through. I messaged them twice and got no reply. So I called the number listed and This time a woman answered. I told her who I was, gave my booking confirmation number, and asked why our excursion was cancelled last minute with no prior notice to avoid us wasting our money paying for Ubers to get to the meeting point. She told me they would refund us our money for the excursion within 24hrs. Needless to say, we didn’t get to enjoy this excursion and now we are all concerned that we each just got scammed out of $60 each. ZERO out of TEN, definitely DO NOT recommend!
