We had an amazing time! (I’m used to planning every detail of our trips myself, so having another person set us up was a new experience for me.) Stephen was great at establishing our itinerary and support us along the way. He even helped us to organize our stay at a couple of different areas after we had completed our original itinerary. Great communication! The transportation between locations was also handled very well well. I was a little concerned that we were traveling in the wet season, but should not have been worried. We were pleasantly surprised that we had so much time without rain. The tropical showers we did have only added to the overall experience Will not hesitate to book a trip through Viator again.
