    This tour offers the convenience of pickup from San Jose with departures between 8 to 10 AM depending on your location. Transportation is exclusively provided for the transfer tour option. Pick up time will be send once your reservation is confirmed. Visitors being picked up at the resort must provide the entire name of the resort.

    Poor unpredictable seevice

    The tour was cancelled at last minute.without any information.. We only to know after waiting for one hour and calling them.No one should use the.

Unfortunately, due to a last-minute issue with the aerial tram, the park had to close for the day to carry out a safety maintenance check. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially on your last day in the city. As mentioned, we offered to reschedule your tour, but since it wasn’t possible for you, we processed your full refund right away.     Experience Didn’t Happen Pickup was a No Show

    No one ever arrived to pick us up. We asked multiple staff at the cruise terminal, and checked both inside & outdoors, but we didn’t see anyone holding a sign with our name. And when we tried calling the local telephone number that was provided (via WhatsApp), the calls went unanswered. Would not recommend.

After receiving your booking, we sent you multiple emails to inform you that the minimum guest requirement for the cruise port pickup was not met, which regrettably led to its cancellation. We also offered alternative tours and later provided the option for direct park arrival. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to these communications. As a no-show, refunds are typically not possible. However, as a gesture of goodwill and to ensure your satisfaction, we processed a refund for you despite the circumstances. We’d also like to clarify that the contact number we shared was for regular calls, not WhatsApp, which may explain any communication difficulties. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We would love the opportunity to welcome you again in the future for a seamless experience.     Great tour, the zip line was fun and going through the forest on the tram was a great experience. Pablo gave us great information about the place. I'd left my camera lens cover in the car which they quickly left it in the reception of where I stayed.

    This was a great experience and would definitely recommend! The views from the zip lines were beautiful and the guides were very friendly and focused on safety. The aerial tram was scheduled after our zip lining, so it was a great opportunity to relax afterwards. We saw some monkeys, toucans, and other birds during our aerial tram tour. Included lunch was delicious. Just be aware that this is a full day trip, despite the Viator description saying it is from 8am to 1pm, we didn’t get back until closer to 5:30pm
