Had a terrific time. Learned the basics of scuba and then spent time looking at the sea life and landscape to a depth of ten meters or so.
The guides and instructors were very good. Their English was great and they were terrific and helpful and very patient.
This is a very safe activity.

The guide LOGAN was AMAZING! Explained everything perfectly, was very patient, and very attentive. The dive itself is amazing. Crystal clear waters and you will see beautiful marine life! They also take pictures and videos for you which is a HUGE plus! 100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Okay, this is a cultural thing, but there was absolutely no urgency in geting the tour started when we arrived. They stuck us in a little room for about twenty minutes and we were sitting there waiting for them to find an instructor/guide. It was like they were so busy doing whatever else that they were just going to fit us in...but there was nothing else going on. It was a planned tour, weeks in advance. I thought it was pretty shoddy.
I don't recall the name of the guide, but he seemed just a little miffed about being involved. He gave us the instruction in English and in Spanish, and then things started moving from there.
They have wetsuit shirts to protect you from the straps on the rather heavy tank they strap on you, or you can wear a tshirt. They provide water shoes, and seem to have a good range of sizes.
They outfit you at the office and then you just have to walk across the road to the dive site, maybe 30-40 meters. The water was rough that day, so we kept having to protect ourselves from getting smashed against the rocks when we first entered, but it was manageable.
Once we got to the site, the slighty grouchy instructor seemed muy more jolly and happy to be there. So, that was nice.
The breathing when we first got into the water took a bit of getting used to, but it was just overthinking it. After a while you don't think about it and everything just slips into gear naturally. It was not difficult.
The guide is with you the entire time. He will even hold your hand and help you steer to where he needs you to go. He is also the photographer, and the Gopro he had took great pictures and videos.
It was a highlight of our trip despite the initial setbacks and I would recommend it for anyone who has ever wanted to try SCUBA but doesn't really want to go hog wild with schools and equipment.
By the way, the photos and videos were part of the package, which shocked me. I was expecting a fifty dollar charge and it was all included. They sent a link for a dropbox account for the videos and photos by the next morning.
Suggestions, I would bring my own water shoes.

An incredible experience! My husband and I went scuba diving for the first time, and I was really nervous about whether everything would go smoothly. But the diving school took care of absolutely everything, including preparation and even providing missing gear like water shoes and a rash guard.
Our instructor was Isaac, and I highly recommend him! He explained all the rules and safety measures in great detail and in a very simple way, making us feel incredibly safe every second of the dive. He handled all the technical aspects, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience without any worries.
And the photos and videos he took for us—just amazing! I had an absolutely fantastic time throughout the entire process. If, like me, you’re feeling anxious or afraid of diving, don’t hesitate to choose this school and Isaac—you’ll have an experience better than you could ever imagine!

Booked the night before and they were able to accommodate us. It's one of the few shops that has multilingual staff which is always nice for the safety briefing. My friend and I had both dived before so we were able to get right in the water quickly. The shop has space to store your things and was able to help us out with all the gear. They also have a driver for transportation from basically all the hotels on the island. You should bring your own water and snacks for after the dive - there is also a restaurant down the road that is delicious.
Our dive lead Carlos was fantastic. Shot us some great footage on the gopro and showed us some great spots including a cool cave. Got to see some unique fish and even caught a stingray sighting. Would recommend this shop to others!

This was a great for a beginner day vet! The staff made us feel confident and comfortable. They were on time with pick up from our hotel, gave great instructions and even held my hand when I became nervous in the water.
