They cancelled the same day with different excuses. The same day they called to say they had a problem with the battery, before that they wrote to tell me that the vehicle was colisioned. They told me I could not give a review because I did’nt get the service….

On the day of your service, a mechanical unforeseen event occurred with the assigned vehicle, a situation completely beyond our control and that, for security reasons, forced us to cancel. We act with total responsibility by not putting your integrity or that of our equipment at risk. Additionally, we made multiple efforts with allied operators to try to get you an alternative, but unfortunately there was no availability at that time. The cancellation was reported very early in the morning of the same day, precisely to give him the opportunity to reorganize his plan. We consider it important to specify that you did not take the service, so qualifying the experience as "bad service" does not reflect a real provision of it, but a disagreement in the face of a cancellation due to force majeure, situations that can occur in any tourist operation. Colombia never fails you. These people charge me for a hidden run that I didn’t even commit. At the end of the day, they threatened to call the police for us and to keep me here an extra day which constant me an extra day.
Do not ever run from these people. They are the worst.

Al momento de la devolución, el vehículo presentaba un daño visible. As part of our standard procedure, we record a detailed video of the buggy’s condition before each rental, which clearly showed the vehicle was in perfect condition and without any damage at the time of delivery. This video was shared with the client in advance to ensure full transparency.
Upon return, the vehicle had visible damage. Rather than taking responsibility—as is standard in any rental agreement—the client claimed the damage was caused by someone else and refused to pay for the necessary repairs. The situation escalated to the point where we had to consider calling local authorities to resolve the issue.
We also want to clarify that the client booked a basic buggy, not one with a sound system, as was incorrectly claimed. All the features of each rental option are clearly listed in the booking confirmation and on our platform.
We work hard to provide a professional and honest service, and we apply the same policies and protections as any reputable rental agency would anywhere in the world.
While we understand that travel can come with stress and misunderstandings, we stand by our commitment to respectful communication and responsible tourism. Our video documentation and established protocols help ensure fairness and clarity for all our clients.

Touring the island with this vehicle was an excellent experience.The gas tank must be refilled before return, but the entire island coast can be traversed using only one quarter tank of gas. The rental company goes sbove and beyond. They brought the vehicle to us in the city by our hotel. A Google map list with suggested destinations was proved by the courteous representative greeting us.
Operation procedures were explained well and a manual is provided for documentation.
Overall, it is great experience and is highly recommend.

Could not have been easier to rent the side-by-side/beach car. San Andres Adventures had good prices for a newer model. It was clean and fun to drive. They delivered and picked it up from our hotel. Their communication was great, especially for me as a non native speaker. I would recommend the Kawasaki Beach Car from San Andres Adventures.

Everything was fine but be mindful that the activity says 9 am to 5 pm but It was 10 am to 6 pm, I had to call at 930 because I was outside of the hotel since 9 am waiting it would be nice if they updated the description to be 10 am so you are not waiting for them, they also picked up the car past 6 pm so we had to wait like 20 mins. Other than that everything was fine.

Driving around the island in this vehicle was so much fun! Touring San Andres at your own speed on your own schedule is highly recommended and the beach car is the perfect and safe way to do it.

To start, almost immediately after booking this experience, Riccardo messaged me to set up a drop off location. The next day, he arrived promptly at our agreed upon location and explained everything to me. He even sent me a link on google maps showing all the best spots to visit. It was seamless to say the least. The island is absolutely spectacular. It was an amazing experience to be able to just pull off the road and jump in the water for a while and get back into the car and continue exploring. After spending most of the day touring the island and finding a bunch of cool spots both on the map and off. After a day well spent, I messaged Riccardo and he was in front of my hotel within 10 minutes to pick up the vehicle. He asked how our day was, asked if we had any issues (which we didn't, the vehicle worked perfectly), we shook hands, and that was it. Like I said before, a seamless transition from start to finish. I would recommend this experience to everyone.

The company was very communicative. I did this excursion with my friend as we wanted to take advantage to deive around the whole island. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade the day of from a 2 seater to a 4 seater. That was awesome.
This is the best way to maneuver around the island when traveling with a group. I wish we rented this for more days. We were able to get the vehicle dropped off at our hotel and they picked it back up from there. Of course we were instructed on how to use it and just had to fill the gas back up upon return.
It was so fun. Driving along the coast and seeing the water and island and you can stop anywhere and continue at your own pace. Definitely recommend.

The process was quick and simple. The operator contacted me the night before to let me know the beach car rental would be delivered to my hotel at 9am. The following day I got a text at 8:55am the vehicle is outside. I had to return the vehicle at 6pm, and at 6pm I received a text we have arrived. All I had to do was hand the keys over. My beach car only had 20 hrs on, it was relatively brand new. Automatic transmission you go Forward and Reverse, nothing to figure out. I highly recommend, 5 stars service on viator.
