Amazing experience in san andres...they charge extra for drone video which is worth it . The guide was extremely good. The whole experience is worth every single penny.

The location of where to meet for the paragliding is a completely different location that’s on the Viator app. I was given the location after I arrived at the place given on Viator, which meant I couldnt do the tour on that day. Eventually they got in contact to rearrange and meet the next day. When I arrived they told me that I wouldn’t be able to do the parasailing no more and that I had a choice of kayaking and evening on a boat. This was very misleading as I thought I would finally be doing what I payed for. For 2 days my messages were ignored and eventually they gave me a refund. They took no responsibility for there mistake and didn’t even apologise. If you look through the comments there is also another review that states Excactly the same had happened to them so this is not a coincidence. There are other companies you can choose, don’t make the same mistake I did.

Horrible experience. Wasn’t able to contact said operator. In valid e-Mail address each of the multiple times I tried to contact. Not able to contact by phone even with the use of a resort worker kind enough to try to call for us on her personal phone. So we took a taxi for 30 thousand pesos to where the map said was departure point. Couldn’t find it. Asked some locals and they directed us to central island. We walked about a mile before we could hail another taxi. By this time even if there was such a activity we by this time we had missed it so we just told the taxi driver to take us back to the resort. I was very angry. I will be demanding a full refund and I should rightly get compensation for 50 thousand total taxi fees. Use caution. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were unable to establish communication and did not receive a response before the tour's departure. We also held your reservation until the morning of the activity in hopes of connecting with you.

A must-see for those who come to San Andres. Great to see the multiple colors of the water and have notion of the size of the island, which is small. And it's not a radical walk, it's quite quiet and you can go without fear! The guides were great too.

Dica: levem a sua própria câmera (por exemplo: GoPro) ou alugue no local (preço porr volta de 160 pessos) e atente-se a limpar as lentes da câmera para garantir bons registros.
