- Sometimes, during the tour, drone shots are taken. If images were recorded on the day of your service, contact us! We will be happy to send you the material at no additional cost.

Amazing chill day by crystal blue water ! Small group of people. The guides are super kind and friendly. We don't speak spanish and they made an effort to explain everything to us in English.

Very good price for service. The boat is new and comfortable with plenty of shade. Provided big cooler for everyone to store their own drinks, in addition to the abundant complimentary drinks they provided (water and national Beer).
The staff Jessie and Joseph were amazingly friendly with superb customer service.
Every time we stop to snorkel, they would feed the fish so that we would have an even more amazing experience.
Is an all day activity, I strongly recommend wearing long sleeve sun shirt. I used tons of sunscreen, tried to stay in shade as much as possible and still managed to be really sunburned and I’m not that sensitive to sun. Water shoes are mandatory if you want to be able to go see fish/shark in the first stop that has tons of sea urchins.
All stops were really nice with plenty of “privacy” unlike the boats that would drop people by the main drop of location with tons of people already there.
The pictures attached were the ones provided for free with their drone. They took several of each group set.

This excursion was great, the price, the hospitality. Everything about it was amazing. 7 hours of exploring the beautiful Caribbean waters. The many stops to let us swim. Great experience will definitely do it again when I return to the beautiful isla of San Andres.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience. Even though we did not speak Spanish the crew was able to work with us and made sure we were all on the same page and understood everything for the most part. The crew was so attentive to us and really made sure we had the best experience. We got in two storms and had a.great time dancing in the rain.

Great experience! Beautiful beaches, water is pristine. Bring your own snorkel gear and life vests though if you want to see some fish.

Stops at so many little islands. Everyone got a snorkel mask and we were able to see soo many fish. It was beautiful. Boat ride was smooth. Our boat did. Run out of gas but another boat came and gave us gas lol. So that took away about 45 min and we didn’t get to go to 1 island. You stop at a few open water locations where you can get off and the water is a knee or waist level. It’s amazing !

Não fomos ao Aquário porque estava em manutenção. Entendo que o fato não depende da vontade da empresa, mas era o ponto principal do Tour. No mínimo, deveria haver algum ressarcimento. Também não houve nenhuma foto de drone. Os locais de parada onde haveria bares molhados, segundo o guia do passeio, não estava funcionando porque era dia de folga dos funcionários. No final, o passeio foi todo desfigurado. Para os próximos interessados, evitem a quarta-feira.

Como você mencionou, o aquário estava fechado por decisão da capitania dos portos, algo que não depende de nós e que pode acontecer em qualquer dia, não necessariamente em uma quarta-feira. Quanto aos bares flutuantes, a decisão de não operar naquele dia foi inteiramente deles e também foge do nosso controle.
Entendemos sua frustração, mas é importante destacar que, em nossa plataforma, sempre deixamos claro que o passeio está sujeito às condições climáticas e possíveis fechamentos por parte da capitania dos portos. Além disso, a foto com drone é um detalhe adicional que oferecemos aos passageiros, mas depende 100% das condições meteorológicas, e naquele dia o vento estava forte demais para voarmos o drone com segurança.
Lamentamos que sua experiência não tenha sido como esperado e agradecemos por compartilhar suas preocupações conosco.

Como mencionas, el acuario estaba cerrado por decisión de la capitanía de puerto, algo que no depende de nosotros y que puede ocurrir cualquier día, no necesariamente un miércoles. En cuanto a los bares flotantes, su decisión de no operar ese día fue completamente suya y también escapa de nuestro control.
Entendemos tu frustración, pero es importante señalar que en nuestra plataforma siempre somos muy claros al mencionar que el recorrido está sujeto a condiciones climáticas y posibles cierres por parte de la capitanía de puerto. Además, la foto con dron es un detalle adicional que ofrecemos a los pasajeros, pero depende al 100% de las condiciones meteorológicas, y ese día el viento fue demasiado fuerte para poder volar el dron de manera segura.
Lamentamos que tu experiencia no haya sido la esperada y agradecemos que nos hayas hecho saber tus inquietudes.

Con respecto al comentario sobre el dron, nos gustaría recordarte que en la descripción del tour se menciona que las tomas aéreas se realizan siempre y cuando las condiciones climáticas lo permitan. Es posible que el día de tu tour las condiciones no hayan sido óptimas o que se haya presentado una situación imprevista, como una emergencia o enfermedad del operador del dron, lo cual lamentablemente a veces ocurre pero siempre les avisamos.
De cualquier manera, te invitamos a escribirnos un mensaje con la fecha exacta de tu tour, y con gusto verificaremos si hay algún material disponible para ti.

Pontos positivos: o passeio é lindo demais, os condutores muito simpáticos e prestativos, serviço muito bom.
Pontos negativos: o agência não entra em contato para confirmar antecipadamente e a localização do encontro pelo aplicativo está errada (quando cheguei no lugar de encontro, outra agência local disse que não era ali, precisava andar +10 minutos a frente), muito confuso. Quase me atrasei por isso. A foto com o drone não foi tirada (não tinha drone e como voar), não fez a parada da ilha de Jhohnny Cay. O almoço combinado no trajeto era para pagamento em cartão, mas na hora de pagar só aceitava dólar em espécie e muito desvalorizado (o combinado seria por volta de R$ 120,00, na conversão feita, mas na hora custou R$ R$ 232,00 na conversão do dólar para 2 pessoas) me senti assaltado.
Não vale a pena o almoço e combine antes o local de encontro certo e exija a foto com o drone antes de embarcar.

O tour foi cancelado por não ter pessoas o suficiente. A empresa ofereceu antecipar, mas não podia, pois já tinha outro passeio contratado. Apesar da frustração, negociei aluguel de scooter. Empresa honesta e justa. Pena que não consegui realizar esse passeio.
