This was a truly excellent trip and one my children will remember in years to come. We were picked up at the hotel by Andrew. The transport was so comfortable and after a beautiful drive, we arrived at a beautifully quiet forest. There was an open fire to keep warm and the whole setting was stunning. Andrew showed us (2 adults, 8 year old and 6 year old) how to drill through the ice. The kids loved it. We fished for a while and caught 4 fish and had loads of bites. It snowed gently while we fished.l and we had warm blueberry juice and gingerbread. Once we’d had enough fishing, we were led to a beautiful glass igloo where we were served a fantastic meal. The whole experience was magical. A highlight of our holiday. Andrew was a fantastic guide throughout. Would absolutely recommend this trip.

This was an absolutely amazing day out. I had reservations about whether we would enjoy this but I am so glad we booked it. The guide was very attentive and entirely focused on our enjoyment, while also very knowledgeable and answering any question we had. the operator cancelled last minute claiming weather conditions. other tour operators did proceed with the tour. fortunately we managed-the tour with another tour operator the same afternoon.

Dear Shanaz, we did inform you one day before the start of the excursion that the weather conditions are very cold and if the temperature remains the same - 35 degrees below zero in the morning then the tour will be canceled due to the fact that it is unsafe to ride snowmobiles in the forest in such weather. In the morning the temperature remained the same and we informed that, unfortunately, we do not have the right to put the health of clients at risk in such conditions. Did you know that these days all trains in Finland were stopped? Did you know that many tourists received frostbite on their skin and were forced to go to the hospital? If you are so irresponsible and ready to take risks for yourself and your children whom you wanted to take to the forest in such weather, then this is your own business. We primarily care about safety and quality service for our clients where they can enjoy comfort rather than challenge nature in extreme conditions. Your review and rating are absolutely not objective. You deliberately mislead other customers.

Die Tour hat super viel Spaß gemacht. Nachdem wir morgens von unserem Guide Katharina abgeholt wurden, sind wir als erstes Eisfischen gegangen. Danach gab es ein super leckeres Mittagessen im Glasiglu und zuletzt haben wir noch eine Runde mit dem Schneescooter gedreht. Die ganze Tour über waren wir unter uns und haben auch unser eigenes Iglu während dem essen bekommen. Katharina hat sich super um uns gekümmert und war wahnsinnig nett. Die Tour war mein persönlicher Favorit von allen Touren die ich hier in Lapland gemacht habe und ich kann sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Par contre il était dit dans notre descriptif guide parlant français et le guide était très sympa mais ne parlait pas français ce qui était un peu difficile Petite déception sur le scooter des neiges car on tourne en rond sur le petit lac un peu court mais bon c est une autre façon de glisser sur la glace, La personne qui s est occupée de nous était aussi très aimable et sympathique puis Retour à l’hôtel directement Merci à vous deux pour cette expérience appréciée en votre compagnie

Un paquete de experiencias perfecto y muy divertido. Nuestro guía Andrew fue fabuloso y cuidó cada detalle para que disfrutáramos y no pasáramos frío. Fuimos en familia, dos adultos y una niña de 7 años la cual no quería que se acabara ninguna de las actividades. Comenzamos pescando en el hielo. Andrew nos enseñó la técnica de pesca y conseguimos pescar dos pequeños salmones que devolvimos al lago. Continuamos almorzando con un Lunch súper delicioso y muy completo, mejor que en muchos restaurantes. Y terminamos nuestra súper experiencia con las motos de nieve, también para nuestra pequeña sin límites de vueltas. Acompañado con un precioso atardecer. De cada momento Andrew nos hizo fotografías con nuestra cámara y el trato es personalizado. Sin duda es una experiencia para repetir y comentar a todo nuestro entorno para que disfruten también.
