We will meet up at Hell's Gate, 351 State Highway 30 Tikitere, Rotorua New Zealand. You can choose to depart at the following times: 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 13:30, 14:00, 14:30, 15:00, 15:30, 16:00, 16:30. Make sure you take part at the time you selected at booking.

The mud baths are suitable for children over the age of 2.5 years, whereas the Sulphur spas are suitable for children over the age of 6 months
It is important that children (as well as adults) drink water while bathing in orderto keep hydrated
If you are having a spa or mud bath experience, you can either bring your ownbathing attire and towels or hire them at Hell’s Gate for $5.00 per item, subject to availability

All infants 0 - 4 must wear bathing suits or disposable nappies whilst bathing

How to get there: Complimentary shuttle bus from Rotorua area
From October 2026 through March 2027 (Easter), operating hours will be extended until 21:00, accompanied by an expansion of the complimentary shuttle service
Complimentary guided-tours run daily at 10:30am and 2:30pm (1 October 2023 – 30 April 2024), subject to availability. Alternatively, a self-guided map is provided on arrival
