The tour was not what I thought it was, every bar crawl I’ve been to before you get 1 free drink at each bar, however with this tour you have to pay for all the drinks. The owner was very friendly and compensated me half my money back. The guide was also friendly and accommodating as well. The pedi bike ride was different and fun. I would recommend this tour.

Hi Lavanda, thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we are responsible for what we have on the description of the tour (what you paid for) and not what you thought you would get or what others do in other places in the world. Every operator offers the product they want to offer and you, as a customer, are responsible for reading the description and understanding what you’re paying for. If you see all of the other reviews on this product, everyone has loved it and there’s even a review titled “Exactly as described”. Putting things into perspective, you paid $160 for two people and that includes private roundtrip transport for two, a bilingual private guide riding you on a bicycle and companion on a 3 hour tour and 6 different bar stops. That’s really fair, but, if we were to give you a drink per bar ($7-10 on mix drinks) for two people that would be $84 just in drinks. If you take Viator’s cut, the bike guide’s payment, the driver’s payment and the gas for your private roundtrip transport into consideration, we would actually lose money on this tour. Sorry to not have met your high expectations, but it’s simply not possible to meet them at $80 per person. I hope you understand! As an advice, make sure to read product descriptions thoroughly before you book a tour again.
On a different note, it makes me happy that you enjoyed our customer service overall and the experience. I was also happy to have given you a refund to help you out in some way. Although, in all honesty, I would’ve expected a 5 star rating considering I gave you a refund for a misunderstanding on your part. I could’ve easily just told you that we cant do refunds based on what you thought, but I really do worry about our guests satisfaction. Anyways, we hope that this doesn’t deter you from booking with us in the future. Thanks again!

What a great tour! Our cyclists, Andreas and Valentin, were very engaging and friendly, they certainly know their bars. The tour was relaxing and fun at the same time. We went to 5 bars, each with their own nuance and views. Can't recommend this tour highly enough!

Dani did a great job of communicating with us prior to our tour. Pablo was waiting for us at the port and drove us to the West End Village where we transferred to pedibikes for our bar crawl. Both Dani and Pablo were very knowledgeable of the area and provided a fantastic and relaxing tour. Highly recommend this tour to see the West End.
