No transport, No meal, Ruined Birthday Celebration

The first issue is the guide did NOT pick us up though we texted and called. We thus hired a cab who could not find the facility until he made multiple stops. After we arrived by taxi, the guide showed up and spoke almost no English. Someone else had to explain how we would be transferred back to the hotel; the guide was unable to communicate even that. There was NO meal during the performance. When the performance ended, we went to the place we were told to meet the guide. He was not there. Eventually another staff person told us the guide was on his way and would take us to a restaurant . It was then 9:30 pm and we declined a meal at that time of night. Thus the guide took us to the hotel. This scenario made for an unpleasant evening on my husbands 75th Birthday. We had to find and pay a taxi and had no dinner. Frankly we feel a refund is in order. The play performance was good;; however the evening was ruined due to the stress created and no meal.

We apologize for the inconvenience that occurred, we had problems with the transfer and another one was sent after the loss of the first one, an apology was made since the second transfer actually did not know where to leave the clients. Customers, if they wish, can use the service again whenever they wish at no cost. All client services were paid

This was a memorable night out. Great costumes and dances; however, it was awkward given the sexual overtones of two of the numbers and the group of schoolchildren present. Dinner afterward provided magnificent views of the city lights but the food was just average.

El espectaculo muy lindo, vestuario, coreografias excelente. Pero el lugar donde se presentan es en la parte baja de una plaza de toros, local muy pequeño y huele mal, es una lastima porque el espectaculo deberian de darlo en un recinto mas bonito o en un hotel MI PESADILLA: Contatamos traslado y cena ademas del espectaculo Irresponsables! Al ser la hora de recogida me llamaron que se habian atrasado y que nos enviaban un vehiculo y nos dieron dos ultimos numero de placa, un carro destartalado, horrible, un chofer que manejaba rspido, y con celular en la mano viendo mensajes, al llegar a la zona, no sabia donde era exactamente, al ser de noche daba miedo, tuve que llamar al encargado y pasarle mi celular al chofer, llegamos al centro de la plaza de toros y ahi estaba el recinto debajo de graderias El coctel es un vasito minusculo Al terminar el espectaculo , lo mismo nos enviaron en otro carrito al restaurante para la cena, un restaurantepequeñito, supuestamente promocionan que puedes elegir entre 3 platos.FALSO!! Al llegar y con los nervios de punta eran casi 10pm para la cena, el mesero nos dice su menu ya fue elegido era un plato tipico con cerdo, carne aue no comemos A las 10:40pm pedimos que nos recogieran y llego Charlie, quien era era el encargado, al fin aparecio. No comimos esa cena Al llegar al hotel envie correo a traves de Viator, quejandome y me indicaron que me devolverian $40 de las dos cenas, cosa que NUNCA sucedio me pidieron cuenta de Paypal no poseo porque hice mi pago con tarjeta a traves de Viator y les indique que me llevaran mi dinero a mi hotel, y NUNCA aparecieron Estafa!!! NO RECOMIENDO ESTE TOUR es caro para el servicio dado , si desean ir vayan por sus propios medios, compren su entrada en el lugar y coordinen su transporte.
