Easy. Drivers’s partner met us as the exit from customs with a sign. Spoke English. Took our large bags and walked a short distance to the curb. The driver came in less than 5 minutes. No need to walk to the car park. Car was clean and comfortable.

My name was already being held by the driver at arrivals. The car was a small suv (it has a big trunk to fit 2 large suitcase) and it was very clean and smelled good. Great service on arrival in Quito!

Transfer was very smooth. There was a representative who met us at the arrivals terminal and directed us to our driver. Driver was friendly and drove well, and got us to our destination efficiently. Make sure to tip your driver!

Van showed up over 30 minutes late with no communication before or after. I sent a follow up message and still no response. There was no apology from the driver, etc. Take uber....it's half the cost.

There were several things that made this less than the perfect transfer experience. To start, they were picking up several parties, and another person’s name was on the card. After much searching, we started looking for a sign with the company name, and found the gentleman with the Overland Adventure sign. We then waited quite a long time while he tried to make contact with a third party. We were then directed to a van with a very silent driver. He did get us efficiently to our hotel and saw to it that the hotel staff helped us with our baggage. Was it worth paying more than double the cab fare? In this case, I’m not convinced it was.

The driver was there to pick me up from arrivals with a sign for my name, and was super friendly and made me feel safe. Despite a language barrier, he recommended a few things for me to do in Quito and we had a quick journey back to my hotel. He took my bags when we arrived and was generally very polite and friendly.

Our driver, Henry Delgado, was very professional. He contacted me via WhatsApp after landing and to let me know he was waiting outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. His driving was excellent as well. We were very pleased with the service!
