You’ll need to climb two easy hills with an elevation of 328 feet (100 meters), with most of the route along bike paths.

Keep in mind that Quito is 2867 metres above sea level. We recommend that you give yourself at least one day to acclimatise. Have a good night's sleep and eat lightly on the day of your tour. These all help combat altitude sickness.
It is imperative that you have current travel insurance including personal medical insurance. If you do not, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will Quito Bike Tours be held responsible for any injuries incurred.

This was an awesome tour all around. Our guides Milton and Alejandro were a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. It was a great mix of history and culture, with a beautiful and not too strenuous bike ride. Highly recommend!

I was the only morning client but they still ran the tour with a guide in front & one in back. Good people with good local knowledge. I think biking is the best was to get to know a city and its people + great exercise. A very fine company and people.

Great way to see Quito Roberto and Milton made the experience great. They know a lot about history wildlife and they take you to city parks that you would never see on any other tour. A few hills. I had to stop and walk the bike but otherwise not difficult

What to see Quito from a different perspective? Take this tour. I really enjoying biking around Quito. It's easy, fun way to see the city. Most of the route you use bike paths and the guides make sure everyone is safe. Roberto and Daniel were my tour guides. They did an amazing job showing me Quito through their eyes. With their help, I felt very safe during the bike ride. I highly recommend taking this tour if you want to do something different.

Great cycle tour

Kevin & Joselyn were great guides. We enjoyed visiting parts of the city we would not have found on our own. We cycled on a Sunday morning when many roads are closed to cars so cyclists, skaters & walkers were out enjoying the city. The bikes were very comfortable too!

Visiting the plaza and learning about Ecuador's history was my favorite part of this tour. We ended the tour with a chocolate tasting.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to do something a little different with their time in Quito. The guides are incredible and have a vast knowledge of the city, culture, and food scene. We had so much fun biking around the city, particularly to places we would not have gone on our own. The views were incredible, we loved the market, and even got the pleasure of enjoying local art! Highly recommend!
