It was indeed a customized tour. Our guide picked us up at our lodgings, drove us to all the listed sites and many more, then dropped us at the exact place we had requested. It was an extremely useful introduction to Quebec City on our first full day there. He clearly explained what we were seeing, stopped whenever we wanted, and answered lots of questions, including some very informative ones we didn't think to ask. We left feeling anxious to see more and better prepared to do so.

Our delightful guide Audrey picked us up at our ship to begin our four hour tour. We told her she could show us anything at she wanted but before the tour ended, we had to taste the best poutine in all of Quebec.
Audrey understood the assignment. We did all of the historical things in the old city (old world streets, old fort, old church, beautiful park, giant waterfall, etc.) and then she drove us a half hour or so to a lovely agrarian paradise named Ile d’Orleans.
She stopped at a shack on the side of the road. There was a long line and nobody spoke a word of English. Audrey hovered but I managed to order for all of us using my broken French and some pointing. Then I kept handing over cash until I was told to stop.
If you don’t know what poutine is, you have been deprived. The fries that formed its base were from potatoes grown on the island. The squeaky cheese curds were also produced right here. The gravy must have been made in heaven.
Following the tour Audrey dropped us at our hotel to continue our adventure.

Great tour with Etienne. He was very friendly and fun, took us where we wanted to go and asked if we wanted to get out at each stop. Full of Information about the history of Quebec. We covered a vast territory and went to the Falls, which was quite an experience

It is based on your wants and needs. My wife has a walker and our tour guide, Audrey based our tour on her needs. A get time to enjoy the city with Al of its history. Our tour guide, my a world of difference!

Audree was waiting for us as we got off the cruise ship. She had a large, pristine mini van and invited my husband to join her up front. She took us all over the old section of Quebec and explained history and culture. It was very interesting . Then we went into La Frontenac-definitely worth a stop. She often suggested getting out for a walk, but it was cold and raw so we elected to just drive around. After seeing old and new areas, we proceeded to the amazing park-originally battlegrounds. From there we went to see a waterfall. While amazing, there was a per person fee and it was not worth the price. Later we got a better view by looking across the water! That is the only thing we would have changed on the itinerary. We went to the Isle d’Orleans. Totally different from the city, this rural area had farms and small communities. We popped into a couple of shops either tastings of local fare.
This company is owned by a husband and wife. It is well run, communications were spot on and Audree was a lovely and interesting guide.

Mr. Lamoureux was professional and very knowledgeable. Being in a minivan allowed us to get through narrow streets and see the upper and lower parts of the city with virtually nonstop dialogue covering history and all the restaurants. Then it was off to the falls and the island. Sugar Shack is a must and really neat experience. He was flexible in what we wanted to see, which was great, since we were a little short on time.

Etienne was so knowledgeable, nice. humorous and thoughtful a fogged in rainy day was still a delightful experience. He was so flexible and found a way for us to have an impromptu hot chocolate. You will not be disappointed.

The tour guide, Joann, met us at our hotel and took us on a wonderful minivan tour of Quebec City. We saw all the sites listed on the website plus the optional waterfall. She explained a lot about Canada's and Quebec's history, stopped when we wanted to explore a little, and was very knowledgeable about politics, taxes, real estate, etc. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable.
My husband and I were traveling with his parents and he was incredibly kind and patient with us all.
We learned a lot and just had a great day together.
He stopped at a small winery for Ice wine and I highly recommend it if you enjoy sweet wine.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and professional. Audrey brought us throughout Old Quebec City explaining the history and important aspects of the area. We learned about Quebec City and the St Lawrence River. She brought us to Orleans Island where we stopped at a Maple farm and learned how the maple is tapped from the trees and processed into maple syrup. We tasted maple water, the different syrups, and maple butter and purchased the products. We visited a chocolatier and purchased the awesome chocolate. We all enjoyed the tour very much. Audrey was awesome!
