Driver very informative and amicable. He had a great knowledge of all areas we went and good historical knowledge. Very accommodating at stopping at the spots you would like to see. Just an overall great experience.

Great tour with Etienne. He was very friendly and fun, took us where we wanted to go and asked if we wanted to get out at each stop. Full of Information about the history of Quebec. We covered a vast territory and went to the Falls, which was quite an experience

Audree was waiting for us as we got off the cruise ship. She had a large, pristine mini van and invited my husband to join her up front. She took us all over the old section of Quebec and explained history and culture. It was very interesting . Then we went into La Frontenac-definitely worth a stop. She often suggested getting out for a walk, but it was cold and raw so we elected to just drive around. After seeing old and new areas, we proceeded to the amazing park-originally battlegrounds. From there we went to see a waterfall. While amazing, there was a per person fee and it was not worth the price. Later we got a better view by looking across the water! That is the only thing we would have changed on the itinerary. We went to the Isle d’Orleans. Totally different from the city, this rural area had farms and small communities. We popped into a couple of shops either tastings of local fare.
This company is owned by a husband and wife. It is well run, communications were spot on and Audree was a lovely and interesting guide.

Mr. Lamoureux was professional and very knowledgeable. Being in a minivan allowed us to get through narrow streets and see the upper and lower parts of the city with virtually nonstop dialogue covering history and all the restaurants. Then it was off to the falls and the island. Sugar Shack is a must and really neat experience. He was flexible in what we wanted to see, which was great, since we were a little short on time.

Etienne was so knowledgeable, nice. humorous and thoughtful a fogged in rainy day was still a delightful experience. He was so flexible and found a way for us to have an impromptu hot chocolate. You will not be disappointed.

The tour guide, Joann, met us at our hotel and took us on a wonderful minivan tour of Quebec City. We saw all the sites listed on the website plus the optional waterfall. She explained a lot about Canada's and Quebec's history, stopped when we wanted to explore a little, and was very knowledgeable about politics, taxes, real estate, etc. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable.
My husband and I were traveling with his parents and he was incredibly kind and patient with us all.
We learned a lot and just had a great day together.
He stopped at a small winery for Ice wine and I highly recommend it if you enjoy sweet wine.
Overall there was nothing I would change. A+

Etienne was wonderful! We customized our 4 hours and were able to check all the bucket list items off during our pleasant tour. The car was clean and spacious. They were communicative before the experience began and punctual with a big sign in our hotel lobby.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and professional. Audrey brought us throughout Old Quebec City explaining the history and important aspects of the area. We learned about Quebec City and the St Lawrence River. She brought us to Orleans Island where we stopped at a Maple farm and learned how the maple is tapped from the trees and processed into maple syrup. We tasted maple water, the different syrups, and maple butter and purchased the products. We visited a chocolatier and purchased the awesome chocolate. We all enjoyed the tour very much. Audrey was awesome!

We were supposed to have a four hour tour of Quebec city but due to the Grand Prix bicycle race, the company pivoted, and offered us another tour in its place. Audrey did her best to give us a look at the city of Quebec as best she could around the streets. After an hour in traffic, we left the city and she took us over to see the Montmorency Park waterfalls. This is a spectacular waterfall and well worth a visit. We then crossed the bridge and headed over to the Isle de Orleans. We drove around the island and admired the quaint towns with the Quebec cottage style homes. We stopped at a chocolate shop and then toured the agricultural area. It was interesting to see the maple trees used for harvesting sap for maple syrup. Although not the tour we expected it was thoroughly enjoyable. Audrey was delightful and did her very best to make us happy.
