Exciting!!! Loved the experience my guide was very attentive and communicative!!! Boats are fast and the pictures they get for you . The pool party area was so busy with all things to try

The only reason why I’m giving it a 4 stars is because the excursion it’s self was fun and I’ll do it again ! But there are people in the water that lures you into the water that completely ruined my whole mood . Such as people with parrots and monkeys , I took pictures for less then a minute on my own phone & I only wanted pictures with the monkey , The man proceeded to put a parrot on my shoulder after I continuously said NO .. shortly after that they tried to charge me $160 😂😂😂😂😂😂 they literally Make it seem free then they tell you its $160 , not sure what type of drugs they were on but clearly they had me f*cked up . they started talking $hit , in Spanish not knowing I was Spanish my self this was the only downside of my tour , the tour guy takes you to this fun side side of the water where they make drinks in the water etc , would recommend not getting in the water !!! EVERYONE LITERALLY BEGS FOR A TIP it is extremely annoying & irritating to the point I didn’t even enjoy my tour anymore .

Snorkeling awful- behind beach damage reef with fish that you can see every time. For that price is not expected service.
If you first time you will “eat” that, but if not- don’t waste your time.

Pick up from our resort right to the beach, staff were very friendly and easy-going. Wasted no time getting us out on the water. Gave us time to view the local shops after boating.

We were 25 minutes late to excursion. Snorkeling only lasted 10 minutes.. not what we expected for the price we paid. Waist of time and money

We loved having the guide with us, but he let us drive it. The snorkeling was amazing! We saw many fish! Our favorite part was swimming in the lagoon before the party boats pulled up.

Guide and trip was awesome. The guy trying to sell pictures after had no idea what he was doing. Wanted $250 for a usb of pictures. Instead he got nothing. Too bad, would have spent $50. The guide worked his tail off taking pictures and the guy who sells them is clueless.

We had a blast! They picked us up and took us back from our stay and zipped us to catch out boat. The kids (teens 15-19) we able to swim safely and see colorful fish.

Well this was an interesting trip the transfer driver was awesome. The owner of the boat business was not so nice. He tried to make me pay for another boat when I was there with my family. Thank God i know Spanish or else he would have screwed me over. Although, once on the speedboats the captains that go with you were awesome!!!. Other than the "confusion part" it was great. Be cautious with these guys.....

A decent excursion but I would not do this again. They didn't pick us up when they said they would. We called and the guy said they were there but didn't see us (weird because it is a small area and we were there the whole time looking out for them). They did say they could take us later that day, so we just had lunch and went to the pool for a little and then left at 2. The driver took us to the dock area (no actual dock) through a shopping center where people called out to us constantly to go into their shops. We got through the mall and they did not appear to be very organized - gave my husband and son life jackets and then took them back. We assumed they would give them to us once on the boat but they asked if we could swim (we could) and that was that - no life jackets. Was fine because we could all swim, but weird. Snorkeling was fine but so many boats and people (in their life jackets) around we kept bumping into each other. Lots of waves from the boats and very hard to keep water out of the air intakes. But we did see some cool fish! Then back to the dock area to switch to the speed boats. That part was fun - the kids enjoyed driving, until we got to the "natural pool". This was just an area of the water that was roped off - not sure why they call it a natural pool. Again, tons of people and boats with very loud music. Overpriced drinks in a pineapple - our mistake for getting them before asking about the price ($20 each!). Good thing we had a credit card with us. They took one of the speedboats to get gassed up and moved our stuff into the other one, so we had to wait until they got back before we could leave which was frustrating because we didn't want to be there anymore. I asked if it was always like this and he said it is quieter in the mornings. UGH. Frustrating because that is when we were supposed to go in the first place! Finally got back and he flat out asked for a tip (we were planning on it anyway), and then led us back through the shopping center to our ride back. The snorkeling would have been great if it wasn't for the crowds and the speedboats were fun but the natural pool was also crowded and loud and I really didn't like feeling stuck there. They get two stars because the speedboats were fun and the fish we saw were beautiful. But there is no natural pool and the area is crowded and loud. I suggest you find another tour operator.

I'm not saying not to choose this vendor over another but set your expectations. Our ride smelled like tobacco and didn't have seat belts, the 4 hour tour claimed in Viator was really about an hour and a half, a tip was not subtlety suggested, and we were rushed like sheep being herded to get out of the place once it was over.

Your comments are duly noted, however, in what concerns the duration of the tour, the 4 hours are an approximate calculation from pick-up to return to the hotel. Actual water time is from one and a half to two hours.

This was an awesome tour! Robert called to confirm the tour and picked me up right on time. We were staying at the hotel next to where the boat launched, but I wasn't aware. It was like a 3-minute ride. He even offered me a Dominican cigar. :) When I got to the beach from the street, I could see my hotel was next door. Funny! I went by myself as the teens were still sleeping at 11AM.
It was just me in the boat along with Allysun (sp?) who was a fantastic Captain! I drove the speed boat which is a blast. He gave me general direction which way to go and I could drive at whatever speed I like. He took me to snorkel and see the fish first. He dove in with me and swam underneath to take close up pics of the fish and of me snorkeling. Let me stay as long as I like there. He was super accomodating. It was March when I went, so lots of wind and the water was super choppy. He gave me a life vest and a floating chair so I didn't have to fight the current.
Next, we went over to this natural swimming pool within the sea. So beautiful! Lots of boats were over there playing music, people dancing, tossing a football, etc. Just a fun atmosphere. There is a "bar boat" which he pulled up and docked to. The lady on the bar boat offered me a drink, but with the choppiness of the water, I was a little seasick, so I didn't have anything. It was such a beautiful day and a wonderful excursion.
In the Dominican, it's hard to find tours that aren't shady. They have to get licensed and insured by the tourism board which is costly. These guys are legit! When I finished up, I was able to just walk down the beach back to my hotel.

La zona de los corales está bastante bien y aunque había varios barcos, se estaba tranquilo. El trayecto en lancha rápida no dura ni 10 minutos entre la ida y la vuelta, pero es una buena experiencia. La piscina natural sobra. Agua muy sucia, demasiados barcos con mucha gente y cada uno con música distinta. Al subir a la embarcación Michelle, que así se llamaba nuestro guía, no guardó nuestras bolsas en los compartimentos estancos destinados para ello, sino debajo del volante de la embarcación. Desde el primer momento nos dimos cuenta de que la embarcación olía a marihuana y se lo hicimos saber al encargado de la empresa que organiza la actividad a nuestro regreso.
