Absolutely terrible!!! Driver almost got us killed in a car accident going to the excursion, refused to call or report it. We had no signal or wifi to contact anyone.
Then to add insult to injury, literally. The supposed 4hr excursion was rushed through to be done in 40mins because the instructor/guide had plans and needed to get back. We spent more time sitting on the beach waiting for him to show up and for a driver to pick us back up then we did on the excursion.
I filed a complaint with Viator to get no help on the matter and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Extremely disappointed and hope no one else gets injured with their reckless drivers.

HORRIBLE! Try to avoid at all cost. This is a borderline scam. No English but is never advertised as Spanish only. Broken and super unclean equipment. I didn’t get a life hacked in time. The one I received was broken.

HORRIBLE! PAID FOR 6 PPL! They never showed up to the pick up location. Never answered the phone, didn’t answer any messages. AND WE STILL DONT HAVE A REFUND. Do not book with these ppl.

I think the only thing that was good was the driver who was on time to pick us up, but to begin with, he told the driver wrong about our excursion and he took us to another place, terrible organization, and then took us to the starting point. The photos they publish with the two-person boats are a lie, the boats are the ones on the sand, you travel with a guide, my boat broke down, they don't have a boat to replace, they took us to the shore to repair the engine and then continue. always with the third person on board. Refreshments are provided, another lie. 4 hours another lie, it is 2 hours an half. I don't know why you lie so much, this is throwing money away. I spent more time broken and on the pick-up bus than enjoying an excursion.

Sadly the boats were in poor condition. Our boat motor had fishing line and drywall screws holding it together and kept dying during the "excursion". We felt bad for the young men that were the tour guides. Trying to keep the boats running to get thru the scheduled trip. Another group that was with us had 4 people and had to squeeze in one small boat because they had another broken boat they had to pull on shore. The equipment needs to be replaced not only for reliability but also safety. The excursions here are definitely a little sketchy and need some better management to say the least.

We had the best time on this excursion, our guide made it so. He was fantastic!! Scuba gear smelled of petrol though, we didn’t like that. Everything else super amazing ! Thank you so much - would definitely go again!!

We had the best time! The pick up was right on time and the whole experience was amazing. Our guide was wonderful as well, taking us to the best spots and took pictures and videos of us to purchase as well. I would highly recommend this excursion!

Phillips was great. We skipped swimming and snorkeling, instead we did lots of speeding on the boat😍

We had a fun time on the ride. The snorkeling is fun too. Our tour guides are very experienced.
It’ll be five stars if the speedboat riding time can be a little bit longer, and the swimming (near the shore) and shopping time can be shorter.

Our guide was very nice. We saw dolphins in the pins and the national preserved park by the shore. The pool in the ocean was very nice too.

The BeSt Excursion so far. Got to drive our own speedboat. Great boat guide with Just the 2 of us. Seen mad pretty fish snorkeling mid sea. Enjoyed our chill time on the beach. Pineapple drinks are Tasty😋. Everyone was 😎 Would do again for sure

Was picked up 5 minutes early in a personal taxi and taken directly to a beach, we were met a guide where you got your life jackets. We then went to the boat and the guide drove out off the beach then after instructions myself and daughter had a fantastic time, the guide ( sorry can’t remember his name but he was excellent) stopped and done some photos and snorkelling. Recommend this trip to anyone.

This trip is not worth the money. We booked for 11.30 to be picked up at 11am, they did not turn up. We contacted tour operator and viator after sitting for an hour and a half but no response for tour operator and only a whats app message from viator to say our pick up was 1pm. They had cancelled our 11.30 and never told us. There are no refreshments provided as we had to pay 20 dollars for a cocktail and nothing else was supplied. We were hounded by our guide for a tip and he followed us around until we gave him money. This is mis selling and we will be contacting trading standards with a complaint when we get home. DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP!!!!!

Absolutely a complete $hit show. Please dont think we had a good time because you see us smiling on that picture. We only took those because we we just sitting there on a broken boat watching others party. First off we asked for English instructor at booking so that we could communicate, instead we had someone who spoke no English which only made this situation 10x worse. The boat broke 15 mins into the excursion. He spent at least 30-40mins trying to fix the boat after take off. Instead of taking us back like we had requested because it was obvious the boat was broken because the instructor kept having to work on the engine while we just sat there and watched all the other speed boats pass us by. When he finally got it running it was barely moving, but instead of taking the boat back he thought it was more important to take the boat to the party area. The Speed boat took us triple the time to make it to that area because it was barely moving.The instructor took us to the party area on a boat that was clearly broken. We couldn't understand why when we kept telling him to take us back to shore but he kept saying "Party...swimming ". He thought it was more important to head over to the area where the ppl were partying & swimming on a broken a$$ boat. We told him we were NOT getting out of that boat so he gets out and starts swimming with the rest of the ppl and left us in the broken boat upset for at least 30mins. When we finally demanded to return to shore we were stuck in the ocean for over 40 mins before another boat came. He kept calling his crew but no one came. We sat out in that boat helpless and it even started to rain on us. To make matters worst they did not even apologize to us for wasting our time and taking our money once we returned. Most importantly these ppl did NOT refund us. I thought that would be automatic but no, here I am 6 days later requesting my FULL refund.

We had an amazing time!!! I was a bit nervous at first because there wasn’t a ton of reviews, but this was a great experience from start to finish! Jeffery was our tour guide & he was awesome. My bf LOVED driving the speed boat! We enjoyed the snorkeling too, you can actually see so many fish! It was a blast, we definitely recommend!

This was an awesome experience. We drove the boat the entire time. Our guide sat in the front and told us where to go, took photos and videos for us and was great at letting us know things like types of fish while snorkeling, what to eat or buy at the natural pool. All around great experience.

It must have been a slow day, we were the only people and had the guide ride with us in the boat. It was a great time started off with a 10-15 min ride to the first stop where you snorkel and see fish. The guide was awesome and took a lot of pictures and a couple videos you could buy separately at the end(prices for videos were $20 per videos and $10 per pictures). Than another short 10 min ride to a sand bar where you can hang out and there is a float that sells hollowed out pineapple or coconut drinks($20 for drink) than a another short ride back to the start. You only dive the boat for about 45 min total, most of the time is snorkeling and hanging out on sandbar.

Loved that since we went early in the morning, we were the only 2 people so we had very specialized attention. Jeffrey was a fantastic host/guide and really went above & beyond our expectations to make sure we were having fun. Our difficulty was getting in touch with them about specifics on where & when to pick us up. I almost gave up on the whole excursion because of it. I was so glad it all pulled together. We had so much fun and would love to do again.

Enjoyed the trip, our guide was great! The little party area they take you to is a tourist trap. Take cash. The guys their selling drinks and taking pictures charged our credit card more money then we agreed upon. This isn't the fault of the excursion company just an FYI to anyone who goes on this excursion. Snorkeling was fun.

It was a great time, loved the snorkeling out by the reef. Not a lot of plants but tons of fish of all sizes and colors followed me as I swam. The guide gives you full control of the boat so long as you go in the direction he ask.
