Private boat tour-Miguel and crew were amazing! He showed us how to open coconuts and got most of us up dancing by the end of the tour!

We had the best time! We did the private snorkel excursion. We were a group of 12. The boat was beautiful. The staff is amazing! Durley was our guide. He was wonderful. He guided us snorkeling and kept us dancing and laughing. We had a wonderful time.

The guys on the cruise itself were good however, the tour operator is substandard. The tour did not last for 3 1/2 hours as advertised, and transportation was supposed to be included, and even after waiting 45 minutes for pick up at the end, we had to pay for transportation back to our hotel.

We had 11 of us on a private charter! Everything was great! Very nice crew and boat! Derly was so nice and helpful! Kept the little and adults entertained! Next time I am in Punta Canta I will book again with them!

Cannot fault Darli and his crew. The boat was extremely clean and we had an amazing time! They went above and beyond for a birthday celebration, decorating the boat accordingly. Thank you so much, would def recommend and come back!!!

Victor and the crew were amazing! We had a great time with them. Beware that there is an onboard photographer who is not mentioned in the description and was disappointed when I did not buy his photos or tip him.

Loved the private experience. Would have liked more drink selections. Thought getting in and out of catamaran was very difficult for seniors. Crew was very nice! Little pushy on purchasing pictures from the photographer. All said though we would do it again and know what to expect.

Luis and the staff were awesome! We booked last minute since some of our plans changed and they were able to accommodate our group of 10 and provide an awesome tour. We snorkeled and went to a remote beach. Having the whole boat to ourselves was awesome! Those same boats you’ll see yours with 60 people on those boats. They provided the snorkel gear and snacks! Was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

One of the easiest bookings ever. Once I booked and paid online, all my family, friends, and I had to do was show up. Charlie and his crew were amazing, they were informative and helpful. The locations were wonderful and the pictures (purchased) came out great. Everybody aboard had a great time, I would definitely recommend. My only complaint would be that we did not make it to Punta de los Nidos as the description states, we went right from snorkeling to the natural pool. To be fair, we did stop and swim with sting rays and nurse sharks (for an extra charge of course) so this may have used up the time we would have spent on the beach.

While the tour was great, we ended up missing some things from our bag. That’s always disappointing especially since we shared our drinks with the crew. The sights were great and our photographer was awesome. I just hate thieves.

We have done a thorough investigation of the case and the boys say that we have not touched any money, in many cases the clients take and do not remember what they do, in this sense we do not want to excuse ourselves, but it usually happens, we are still installing cameras to avoid and supervise during the tour. As far as drinking together with the work team is totally prohibited, we have called the attention of the personnel who left that day. We apologize for what happened and we really appreciate your comment.

We booked this catamaran for 3 birthdays we were celebrating and we had a great time! The staff was so nice and always on top of their game. They provided us with flowing drinks, music, and entertainment. The main captain was very funny while still enabling us to make decisions and feel in control. It was safe and the best part of our trip in Punta Cana. They even surprised us with a birthday cake!

We had a grat time on the boat. We had a group of 24 people, our own private boat with our own music. The bartenders and staff were so fun and so helpful. The drinks were great, the snacks were great and the team was awesome. Alexander was an amazing snorkeling guide and David did a great job pumping up the party! I would highly recommend this into ANYONE of any age! Thank you so much for an amazing time!!

A M A Z I N G Tour!!! We got everything and more we expected from this excursion. Our group consisted of 22 family members, completely private tour and one to remember. We decided not to participate in snorkeling or swimming with sharks and sting rays we insisted on drinking and enjoying the views from the sail. Natural swim was where the party really started, drinks on the water, jumping off the boat, great music from our own personal playlist and just a great time with family!! Would definitely recommend this tour to all. Our guides were amazing!!

My family and I booked this cruise this for my 50th birthday. The crew of Robert, Alex, Jackie and the others made it an especially great time for us. Genuinely nice people who will do everything to make you happy. Even surprised me with a cake! The kids loved eating nachos and salsa in the water at the natural pool. I do recommend the morning cruise as we had most of the snorkeling area and natural pool to ourselves. I do hope the previous reviewer gets her issue resolved, we received our picture disc without issue. I'd personally like to thank them for an excellent 50th!

While my family and I had a wonderful day, we did not take pictures because there was a photographer on the boat who did a great job taking pictures of all the wonderful moments that my almost 80yo dad had with all of his daughters and grandchildren. Upon arrival back at the beach, we immediately paid for the pictures to arrive on CD at our resort and it was never delivered. I have been now trying for 3 weeks to get the pictures emailed to me and I have received nothing. They will no longer even receive my calls, and all I want is the pictures from the day we spent with our Dad. I am heartbroken that we trusted this company, and I really wish they had not been reviewed as 5 stars because I may have been more aware.

Alex, Carlos, Jose the captain, Toni and Andrew were absolutely fantastic! This is by far the best trip we took I. Punta Cana! I would recommend this for any small group! We book d this for my parents 40th Anniversary and we couldnt have booked a better trip. If I could give 100 stars a would....so fun we booked with these guys again the next day. Amazing!

We took our family on this trip with adults ranging from 22 to 59. The weather was perfect and the crew even better. We started with snorkeling led by Alex. His water made the trip very enjoyable and we saw a ton of different fish and coral. After the snorkeling, we were able to hang out on a sand bar where the drinks flowed and the music was pumping. Had a chance to get some great pictures taken with the shore in the background. The entire crew was amazing but would especially like to mention the main man Norbert and again Alex our
snorkeling guide. If you have a chance to do this tour, we highly recommend it

Me and 8 of my girls took this Catamaran tour as part of my bachelorette weekend and we had a blast! Everyone agreed that this was our favorite day of our trip. Norbert and the crew were very welcoming and kind. We took the boat to snorkel and were able to hang out in the water. Everyone was kind, they provided drinks, snacks and even a cake for me! We were able to play our own music, dance and move freely around the boat as if we owned it. The photographer was amazing and we left with some great pictures of our time in the Dominican Republic. You wont be disappointed with this tour!

We went on this tour Saturday April 7. We had a group of 15 people ranging in age from 25-77. Carlos and his crew were awesome! We first went to the reef to do some snorkeling and we saw lots of different fish. We then went to a beautiful beach where we had lots of great pictures taken. We had time to enjoy the beach and water before we went to the natural pool area where we were served drinks and chips in tha water and tossed around a football. It was a great afternoon and I would highly recommend it!

We booked this tour so that our group of 14 could have a private experience without all the crowds. Boy was it everything we hoped for and more!! Captain Carlos and his staff were amazing, the snorkeling was awesome, the music and dancing and drinks...lets just say a fun time was had by all!! We loved having a photographer on board to capture all our fun as well! This was the best excursion weve ever booked an highly recommend it!

This tour was awesome. We only had 7 people on our trip and Carlos and his crew were spectacular. We stopped to snorkel and Eddie stayed in the water with us to make sure we were okay and to show us how to snorkel. We were then taken to a shallow area were we could swim. They kept the music going and the drinks flowing. I highly recommend this tour!

Our trip on the catamaran with Carlos and his amazing amazing crew! They were amazing from the minute we got there until the minute we left! The cruise was great and the music and drinks were flowing. We are definitely coming back and taking another ride with them!! They were very knowledgable too!

We had a Great time on our Catamaran cruise to snorkel at the Reef!! The Driver was there to pick us up on time, very friendly. The Catamaran was large, clean and well maintained, plenty of seating for our group. Music and Dancing, swim and snorkel, we stopped at an empty beach- it was a blast, and it was beautiful!!

We booked with Viatour in December 2017 and they were thankfully able to accommodate us on very short notice 24 hrs after calling them directly. The company that provided the private boat tour was Thomstours. They were AMAZING!!! We had Carlos, Kimberly, Jose, Alexander, and Eddy. Everyone was fantastic! Our group of 9 had the BEST time! We didn't want it to end! Great personalities, real people - we enjoyed all of them. I even got a little seasick despite my best intentions with Dramamine, however the sea was REALLY rough that day! and the whole team took care of me and got me feeling better with a few easy tips i.e. focus on things that don't move like the shoreline and clouds and trees. They played great music bring your phone with bluetooth if you want to play your own music!, had yummy snacks, and excellent local drinks. We had 3 snorkeling spots, and it was totally at our discretion Carlos said we could snorkel as much or as little as we wanted. The boat was clean, comfortable, and the views of the water were truly spectacular!! Even though the seas were extremely rough, we felt comfortable with Carlos and Eddy taking care of us and making sure we were safe and also had a good time. I felt fearless with them guiding us. The fish were amazing too! We loved every minute from beginning to end and would definitely book again when we come back to the DR! You won't be disappointed with this tour! Amazing, perfect time!
