They did not arrive on time for a 10 hour excursion. We gave up on them, when they did arrive 1 hour 15 minutes late we did not trust them to honor the remaining itinerary as published. The tour operator refuses to refund our money. I cancelled all other booked tours through Viator since they were not willing to honor the rights of the consumer.

We are sorry you felt that way. As you were told through our text conversation. The time of the reservation does not mean the time you will be picked up. Depending on the hotel you are at the time will vary. When the driver arrived we tried to offer you other Solutions but you did not want to go on another tour or change the date which we totally understood and a refund was issued to you. We always strive to give our customers the best experience. But when we do fall short we tried to rectify as best we can

A very good experience. I made this reservation less than 12 hours before the excursion. The only difference is that the transportation doesn't leave until around 8:15 am (so you can relax). The staff was very professional.
