Transportation: Roundtrip transportation is included from selected Punta Cana hotels. Transportation must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your tour.

Tour Duration: This is a 4-hour experience from pickup to return. Transportation time is included in the total tour duration, with approximately 2 to 2.5 hours on the water.
Tour Options: The Basic Tour includes nachos and fresh fruit. The Deluxe Tour includes chicken skewers, nachos and fresh fruit. Both options include the same shared party boat experience, snorkeling and open bar.
Children: Flotation devices for children under 3 years old are not available.
Adult Beverage Policy: Guests must be 18 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately.
Water Activities: Water activities may be restricted by local authorities due to weather or sea conditions.
Port Closure: If the port is closed to navigation by local authorities, you may reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.
Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

The driver who picked us up was not communicating. We had to use WhatsApp to get arrival info. He took us "somewhere" and just used his hands to point down some alley--- ???? luckily we found the spot to check in on our own. SMH. We were 30-35 LATE leaving the holding area and the crew DID NOT make up for that time. We took over and returned back to shore for others 4 TIMES! On top of already being late. The crew helped themselves FIRST to snacks and drinks while guests had to wait. The nachos was just a huge bag - yes ONE bag of chips that was dumped a aluminum pan then the crew member opened ONE container of processed cheese and we ALL just had to dip our bare nasty hands in the pan to get a chip and take that chip and stick our hand in the cheese to make a nacho. WTF?! that is no unsanitary. Snokleing was supposed to be included. As a person that has never done that before I needed a guide or instructor. Nope! there was not one there. Just a black bucket with 4 or 5 snorkels and you were left on your own. We did not even dock somewhere that was was clearer waters and made to snorkel! Also the on shore vendors as crooks and I was taken for almost $500 from my bank account. This was the worst excursion ever. I do not recommend.
