We had the best snorkel experience. We were a big group with family and friends from Georgia, USA. Jay, Pablo, Joel, Adonis went out of their way to provide a great snorkeling tour experience. The crew is just awesome, cannot say this enough. They also did dance numbers on the catamaran, keep the party mood alive. Highly recommend this company and crew. The crew is very patient with kids, made sure safety comes first in water. Jay, Pablo, Joel, Adonis...you guys are the best!!! Especially Jay, he ensured the whole trip to go smooth. Will Highly recommend!!!

This was an amazing experience!!! The team was so nice and accommodating. Endless drinks and snacks! A special shout out to Vanessa she was the best. We went scuba diving and stopped at a private beach. Wonderful!

Coastline catamarans made pick up and return transport smooth and we had a blast on the boat! The snacks were not great but we brought our own chips and stuff to eat. Even though it poured rain on the way out, it was a quick shower and then we had beautiful sun!

This catamaran was pretty OK that’s why I gave it three stars. Well the first the driver that was assigned for our transportation was a crazy driver insane. And also there wasn’t even music on the boat because they’re not considered as a party boat. I felt like our boat wasn’t that interesting and also snorkeling was impossible because there was so much waves and it was very impossible to even see through the water.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on your trip from last month. I actually know the driver who was scheduled on that route, so I’ll definitely be having a chat with them....we always want the ride over to be as relaxing as the boat itself.
Regarding the music, we do keep it as background atmosphere rather than a "party boat" vibe. We really stand behind that choice since so many of our guests are looking to escape the loud speakers for a few hours, though I’m sorry it wasn't the energy you were hoping for.
As for the snorkeling, nature just happened to throw us a curveball the day you were out. As we mentioned in our email, we wish we could control the ocean for you, but while that whole month was mostly prime for snorkeling, the waves just didn't want to cooperate that day. If I could make the water crystal clear every single day, I promise I would!
We truly appreciate the feedback and hope your next visit to the DR is a great one.

Perfect day trip, sun sand and snorkeling. It's nice that there is no pressure to snorkel and you can just enjoy the boat. The operator Vanessa was full of energy and lots of fun

The boat was beautiful, the crew was very engaging, drinks were limitless and snacks were good. Sofia was so sweet and made sure everyone was having a good time. El Capitán del barco made sure everyone was safe on and off the boat while visiting the small island. No hassle pick up or drop off.

Our experience on the catamaran was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The entire crew was so kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the trip even more enjoyable. We visited different destinations throughout the day, each one beautiful and unique. The drinks were refreshing, the food was great, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and having fun. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable time on the water!

The initial experience itself was nice. It was a lot of fish and it was nice clean area. The one stop that they took in the shallows or the people get to take pictures and buy stuff I got scammed at that’s my only issue they were trying to charge me $120 to take pictures with one of the monkeys. I told them that was too expensive I wasn’t paying that much so then he’s like I’ll do it for $80 so I agreed for $80 to do the pictures with the monkey When he took my card. He initially showed me the $80 on the machine and then he said hold on the machines acting up and then scan my card and when I checked my bank, it was $120 out my account not the 80 that he had promised so beware when you get to that area they will scam and get over on you

It’s important to mention that the issue you described is actually something we specifically warn our direct customers about.
You would have received the following information ahead of time in a portion of your pick-up e-mail: (Which looking back on your reservation you were sent November 12th, 2025)
“”Photos with Animals:
At the beach or natural pool, you may encounter local vendors offering to place a bird, monkey, or iguana on you for a photo — a very typical Dominican beach move. This is entirely optional, but there will always be a fee.
Pro tip: Negotiate the price before the photo is taken, and don’t feel pressured to buy from anyone not affiliated with us. The only official photographers on our boats are from Infinity Photography, usually easy to spot in a grey uniform shirt.””

We are family of 5 with kids age 13,19,20. The trip was great, the guides were so friendly and fun. Was the perfect family trip. There were several small children on the boat with us as well and everyone had a great time. Food was plenty and fresh, our host Vanessa was great along with the photographer on board. I would def recommend this to anyone who wants a laid back snorkeling adventure. It was perfect for us!!!

The activity was amazing and so fun. The transportation back was a hot mess. The driver couldn’t figure out where to drop us off, despite giving him an address, a map and showing him pictures. Multiple times He became angry punching the steering wheel and cursing. It took us over 2 hours to get back to a close-ish location before we asked to just get out and walked the rest of the way. Would highly recommend the drivers know the drop off and pick up locations.

This was probably my favorite excursion of my trip. Everyone on the boat was super nice and had a great attitude. Vanessa was attentive and never gave me a bad vibe. Someone on my
trip threw up on the way to the excursion, no biggie it happens :), and the guy driving us was nice enough to pull over and grab him some medicine. Even though that wasn’t for me, I thought that was super nice and should be recognized. Everything went smooth and me and my partner had a blast.

Jay, our guide was fantastic! The whole experience was fun and relaxing. No pressure to get out of the boat if you didn’t want to get in the water. There was another guide there whose name I can’t remember but he was great too! Definitely worth booking.

Pros - Female bartender was awesome. Length of time to do snorkeling and the shallow water hang at the end was not rushed. Drinks kept on coming.
Cons - One of the adult hosts hitting on my underage daughter.. super creepy and kinda soured everything.
Snacks did not look edible. Chips were stale according to another.
Snorkeling water was too rough and choppy.to enjoy, though what I did see underwater was cool.
Transport' was a sh$t show. Pick up from resort was fine but leaving there was confusing. There are no designated rides for the groups. You have to keep up with some random person with a clip board (no name tag, id) and she didnt tell us the ride was there, so we just followed the others. My family then got sent to a random driver whos van was falling apart and almost drove us into a ditch trying to cut through a fenced off construction site.
There are a dozens of companies who offer these services. You get what you pay for.

That said, we’re really sorry to hear about the discomfort your family experienced...that’s never our intention.
Just to clarify, some people on board, like the photographer, aren’t part of our company. However, because they sail with our customers, we treat them as part of the team since customer interaction is everything to us.
Around the time you sailed, we did have a new individual working with us
(Who is no longer with the company).... Since most of our crew are actual family, we can confidently rule out about 80% of our staff.
We truly wish you had reached out to us directly so we could have immediately addressed your concerns, identified who made you uncomfortable, and offered compensation.
We also want to mention that we’re one of only three companies offering a tour like ours in the area, while most others focus on party boats. Regarding transportation, we sincerely apologize for the confusion at the beach. Transportation is a huge priority for us, and we’ve recently invested in new buses to improve that part of the experience.
We no longer serve chips as snacks... instead, we only offer larger, more hearty food options. While sea conditions do vary daily, we always strive to make the experience safe and enjoyable for everyone.

My family and I had a great time on this excursion! The crew was so attentive to our every need from helping us get on the boat to making sure our bags were protected when it rained towards the end of the trip. The snacks were good, but the mixed drinks were even better. The boat even had a slide which was a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend this excursion!

We had a great time! It was low key and a blast! Pablo was amazing, he had a drink waiting everytime I needed one. It was our sons 17th birthday and he had everyone singe to him! The lunch was also great, highly recommended!

The driver was on time and called me to let me know where he was so I could find him. Van had good space and AC. The tour guides were amazing and we had plenty of time at each location. Food was better than our resort had available lol and the drinks were strong. Not once did they ask for tips like others may have pointed out, just for a review. Tipped anyway because they were worth it. Definitely recommend to other buyers for an affordable excursion!

It was the perfect day for our family. They arrived on time and the boat cruise was awesome. The snacks were tasty and they provided lots of yummy drinks. The staff was fun but kept it low-key and that is perfect for families with kids. Our son especially loved the snorkeling and the waterslide.

Amazing!! Great crew. Joeliques was amazing as a guide. Kept us entertained. Light lunch had chips and salsa, sandwiches, cake and fruit. Never ending drinks flowed freely. The crew even helped with the small children on board!
