Jose and the crew were great. Very welcoming to families with children. We were a family of 8 with a 5 and 8 year old. Music diverse and not too loud. Staff very friendly. Multilingual staff. I heard French, English and Spanish spoken. Free Juice was perfect for the kids and drinks for the adults was refreshing. Not a fan of the nachos and cheese though. It stated stale. Clean boat, good vibes, welcoming crew. They had snorkels and life vest for kids and adults. The reefs were beautiful and tranquil. Alexander took really nice pictures. We purchased them separately once back on the beach for a decent price. He emailed us the link within 48 hours. Something to note. Next to their "check in" spot is a flea market where you can purchase many types of souvenirs, drinks and snacks. There are small bathrooms next to the shop. Everyone had a great time from the ages of 5 to 78 in my family. Thanks Team! See you when we are back in the DR!

We sat in the lobby of the hotel waiting for our pickup. Viator sent the voucher without the proper pickup time. Even after attempting to contact someone at the number given, no answer. Viator should have confirmed the pickup time and communicated that to us. They did not. I would suggest going through a different company to book the excursion.

Hi April,
it's not Viator fault if you didn't show up at the correct pick up time. Online and on the voucher it's clearly written that pick up time is previous the starting time of the tour (which can't be the same for each hotel). We wrote you a message confirming the pick up time from your hotel but you never got back. Usually these issues are very rare and most of the times happen because of the negligence of the customer.
We're sorry you missed the tour but we couldn't leave the transportation at your hotel and delay the pick up for all the other customers who attended the pick up on time.

We had so much on this cruise. The staff were very friendly and lively and the rum punch was a hit! The natural pool was still deep so I didn't get in the water but I still enjoyed every bit of it! It's a must if you visit DR.

Great staff- fun & friendly too many guest per cruise- couldn't really snorkel (everyone in a small area) - no fins provided but we were not told that ahead of time- was trying to take underwater photos but guest kept kicking or getting into photos (too many people in a small area around the fish)

WHAT AN AMAZING BOAT RIDE! I brought my boyfriend to D.R for the first time and he wanted to go snorkeling so I booked us this excursions! He had a blast , we met some amazing people , the boat crew was great . I had a lot of fun, if your looking for a good time THIS IS IT!!!!
