Driver Did Not Show Up

Driver was a no-show. We do not speak Spanish and were not certain where to turn. Good thing we had used a porter to take or luggage to what was supposed to be the pick up spot. The porter found a representative from another company to help us. That person made a couple of phone calls and managed to get a hold of or ride. I would not use this company again. Will not us this company again.

The driver was there waiting helped with everything was informative, polite and so kind. We had a long, long flight and it was so nice to land and have his professionalism and great service to greet us! Definitely using again.

Good the driver made us feel comfortable and secure. After we meet our contact at the airport. Took about 10 mins for our driver to get there. They had the wrong hotel but after I showed them our reservation everything was ok. Just double check with the airport contact and drive before getting in.

Used this service twice for my trip to punta Cana. I’m a big believer in reviews and tend to stay away from services with negative feedback or scammy practices. This service was 5star! When we landed, there was someone waiting for us with a sign and same when we departed, someone was waiting for us in the resort lobby. Drivers were kind, respectful and safe while on the road. Big shout out to Julio who stayed in communication with me, I appreciate that as well..
