Terrible experience

Terrible experience. No one waiting for us at The airport. We were looking around for our name. No one there. I had to turn on my phone data to try and contact Viator or transportation company. I was about to get into a cab when I got a call from providor, because by the time I I had missed my free transport with the hotel. Very bad communication for return pick up. Very frustrating do not recommend them.

When we were about to get in the van, the manager mandated we pay an additional fee because the destination was further away from the airport. When I booked the transportation I indicated where our final destination was. He confirmed all was good. UNTIL we arrived at the airport in Punta Cana. Poor communication and unexpected expense.

Madam, we spoke to you clearly and told you that the hotel where you were going to leave was outside the Punta Cana area, which is 46 km away from the Punta Cana area, which is why the additional fee was charged and it is written in the transportation service details.
