I rate Darwin's customer service and patience as exceptional. He arrived to Punta Cana to pick us up on time. He stayed on top of our arrival time to and from the airport. We had a few stops to make after arrival and he accommodated us with no problem. We had to make 2 stops and he was very patient and came inside the business with us to make sure that we were safe and understood the workers completely. We thought that gesture was very thoughtful. He is also very kind and friendly. He chatted with us the whole time while driving. We also had a hotel issue between 2 resorts and he drove us back and forth with absolutely no complaints. We felt so bad but it was very unfortunate. We apologized to him for all the issues and made sure to compensate him for all the trouble. Book Darwin he's a really great guy!
