The worst experience

It seems like a scam: they charged me $485 for a 5-minute ride. The driver just picked me up and dropped me off in the parking lot. Nothing in the car worked: neither the television, nor the seat, nor the driver spoke English. Nothing they said was true; it was the worst experience of my life.

Your pickup location was very close to Coco Bongo, which is why the drive time was short. However, the cost of the service is not based on distance or drive duration, but on providing private VIP transportation, a dedicated professional driver, nighttime service, waiting time during the event, and safe return transportation. Pickup distances vary depending on the guest’s location and do not affect the scope or quality of the service. At the time of pickup, the vehicle’s sound system and television were fully operational, with music videos playing on the screen and audio playing through the sound system during the outbound transfer. All vehicles are inspected prior to service to ensure standard features are functioning properly. The service booked was a private VIP transportation experience associated with the Coco Bongo and club-hopping itinerary, not an onboard entertainment package or guided tour inside the vehicle. We regret any misunderstanding regarding what was included and have reached out privately to better understand your concerns and address them appropriately.
