The most HORRIBLE night of our honeymoon.

Absolutely horrible. Coco Bongo did not have our reservations that “Viator” Charged us for. Paid $450 for a package that you can get at your hotel for $300. We had to fight and argue and almost be told to leave just to get access. They said that the packages “Viator” sells on their site do not exist. We finally got in and didn’t receive any of the services we thought we’re included in the package we purchased. I am calling my credit card company and complaining about the services we expected and we didn’t receive. I expect a full refund for “Viator” absolutely ruining the last night of our Honeymoon!!! Do not purchase this package from this site. Get it at your hotel cheaper and your tickets will be real.

Personally My Fiance book this event.All in all,it was possibly thee Worst excursion I actually encountered.But she loved the every bit of the show.For one i didn't know what to expect.And come on really,I didn't expect to be standing to watch a show for amost 6hours.Not cool at all.Not cool what so ever.So,that was a rough night for me.Would I recommend it.To each it's own.I say do your research.Wasn't a bad show at all.I am from the states and I see broadway show all the time,because I am that close to New York City.A good party scene with alot of beautiful views and people

First off, my husband and I was told that we didn't have reservations when we even showed the rep of Coco Bongo on my phone the reservation number. Finally, after more than 30 minutes the rep said, It was ok he was going to let us get in. After entering into Coco Bongo and we realized that we were not going to have seats to sit our perception of this place from the online advertisement was ALL WRONG! We thought that we had a chance to sit and see at least 10 shows etc. But what we dealt with was reps of Coco Bongo shoving bottles of hard liquor in people faces on stage and assisting upon them to take shots. Once an individual accepted the shot the rep would shake the individuals head and shake them as well! This type of behavior wasn't what my husband and I expected. I am not a negative person overall, so I'll admit that my husband and I stayed in Coco Bongo for 2 hours and left and stayed out in front until our bus returned but there were 2 parts of the show that we enjoyed. Anyone reading this please note if you do not like loud and rowdy crowds and hard liquor being shoved in your face so you can take a shot then this is not the place for you!

O Coco Bongo foi ótimo, mas o serviço comprado pelo AVIATOR deu errado, comprei pacote com open bar, paguei mais caro para isso, no meu voucher estava escrito OPEN BAR, mas na reserva do sistema do Coco Bongo constava como pacote básico de bebida (5 drinks apenas). Fiquei quase 1 hora tentando resolver, no final fiquei mesmo com o pacote básico e vou fazer uma reclamação e tentativa de estorno do valor pago a mais.
