The island is beautiful, we had a great time and the food is local and very delicious, the water very clear and clean. The staff is very attentive, helpful, and charismatic. This tour was well organized, on schedule, and there were several security steps to ensure a safe trip. Highly recommend take a tour of the island with this company.

The water was crystal clear and clean. The temperature was perfect and it was open and lots of space to swim. The sands were white and not a rock nearby. It was an excellent experience.

There could have been better organization at Isla saona. As far as buffet. The add was a little misleading. There was no open bar. Poor quality food.

So fun! The water was so beautiful, boat ride was fun, and everyone was so helpful and nice. 100% worth it for the price you pay. Went for my birthday and had an amazing time. Thank you to every worker there!

The two boat ride are Amazing food idea was not a good quality food and make worst step up organization option there no point of going to the island because only the beach you can do that right beside you hotel they treat people like animals no respect from the team there only look for money they will come to you hotel room if you ask them for a refund harass and threaten you

Estimado, el dia que fue al tour habian mas de 20 personas con usted, de hecho desde que regreso hizo la queja en Viator y me envio las fotos de lo que le dijo a Viator para que le hagan la devolucion del dinero quejandose de cosas sin sentido... Hizo la reserva a las 6 de la mañana para el mismo dia, procedimos a buscarlo y darle el servicio cuando ninguna empresa toma reservas de ultima hora y lo primero que hizo desde que regreso del tour fue pedir el reembolso, procedi a escribirle por whatsapp y me bloqueo sin darme explicacion alguna, por lo que usted lo que queria era hacer el tour gratis ya que nada de lo que informa es de esa manera ya que sino los otros 20 clientes tambien se hubiesen quejado. De hecho tenemos fotos y videos suyos disfrutando del tour. Saludos!
