The ATVs we did were fun plus when we got there the lady Dominique mentioned a private tour that we could do which was way better than going with other strangers. It was me my girlfriend and two of our friends. The places we stopped at were good, the trail they had us going on was awesome. They took us on the streets which I really enjoyed to get that cultural experience. The only thing that we did not like was the hagglers who were trying to get us to buy stuff every stop we made it became overwhelming at times

Not good experience. Each stop was just opportunities for vendors to sell to you. Lots of pressure to buy buy buy instead of just being able to enjoy the drive and each site. ATVs had to be hotwired at each stop when it was time to go. Not a fun tour.

Please note that if we only drove for four hours, we would practically circumnavigate the island. The stops are established and highlighted in the activity description to provide a complete experience. Additionally, the decision to purchase a souvenir or gift is entirely yours; it is not mandatory. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work to improve.

Bad experience

We did not have a good experience. The tour operator scheduled us for a 1:20 pick up for an excursion that was scheduled for 1:30. Turned out it was a one hour drive so we arrived 40 minutes after the scheduled start. There were no other customers except my friend in me. The staff informed us that my friend and I had to ride a 4x4 together instead of each having one to ride. Our tour guide spoke NO English despite what the tour details saying the tour would be in English. We stopped at a beach which we had to walk to - not ride on the beach which the photos on the viator site suggested was the case. Each of the three stops was really just an opportunity for local vendors to try to sell us their items. When we finished the tour we waited over 20 minutes for our ride to show up to drive us the one hour trip back to our hotel. This experience did not meet our expectations and we were. I don’t recommend it.

Pick-up time: As mentioned on our page, times can vary between 20 and 30 minutes depending on the location of the hotel. However, this does not affect the duration of the activity, as the start time is counted from arrival at the base ranch, once all clients have been picked up. 2. Vehicle reservation: If you choose a motorcycle for two people, we cannot assign two vehicles unless the corresponding difference is paid. We always recommend checking the description of the activity carefully before booking. 3. Terrain conditions: Walking on the sand is normal in this type of activities, especially if you want to get closer to the water. For experiences in the sea, we have options such as jet skis. 4. Waiting time: Transportation is shared, as indicated in the description. Sometimes, some clients take advantage of the end of the activity to buy photos and souvenirs, which can lead to a short wait. We are sorry that you did not enjoy this experience, as most of our customers really enjoy it. We appreciate your feedback and are always open to improving our service.

This is not an atv ride like it says it is a buggy ride, the ride was alright though. Muddy trail wear long sleeves and long pants.

Colby, if you're doing buggies or ATVs, it's normal that you should wear clothes to dirty you with mud. I don't understand how you say vehicles are not all-terrain.

Infelizmente de 8 carros, apenas 4 estavam bons, tivemos que parar várias e várias vezes para arrumar outros carros. Um estava sem freio, o outro estava com bateria quebrada e devo dizer, todos são bem ruins, sem manutenção. Não pudemos aproveitar nada, tudo muito precário. Não voltaria a fazer. Se puder além de escolher outra empresa escolha algum lugar sem cenote, não vale a pena de verdade
