The whole experience was memorable. However my family really enjoyed the natural pool. It was amazing. Over all we had a great time!

Not really as advertised

The guides were good, friendly but the tour is not as advertised. No alcoholic beverages were offered, no snacks were offered and the natural pool was the ocean. No pool of any kind.

Thank you for your comments. They are duly noted. However, and just for clarifying purposes, a natural pool is a shallow area in the ocean where you can stand.

Don’t go on this excursions

This wasn’t the boat that showed up for us to ride in. We had a small fisher boat. And we we re told the other boat was broke. We we re also told we wouldn’t be given any snacks drinks water or alcohol. We asked for our money back.

We aologize for what happened on the day of your tour but the unforseen event of the original boat being out of service meant that a replacement one had to be found. Snacks and beverages (alcholic and non-alcholic were available on board. We have yet to receive your refund request.

Seeing the beautiful fish , but hard getting in and out of boat staff did not ware mask local should clean beach they were all trying to sell you stuff but would not pick up anything

Sorry to hear that the experience was not up to your expectation and very surprised to hear about the crew not wearing masks as they are supposed to. We are investigating what happened in order to put an end to it. As for the lack of environment awareness that is a work in progress in the Dominican Republic. Thankfully more and more people are aware of environment protection but there is still a lot to be done. Roberto Ramirez
