Horrible! False Advertisement! Do Not Go!

This is false advertisement. Our excursion time was 12:30 and we were picked up at 1:50pm. We spent about an hour picking up other participants. Then another 40 minutes driving to the drop off site at the beach. Driver did not speak English and was confused. Arrived at the beach and even more confusion on where to go. Someone from Canada finally got on the bus who spoke English to give us an update on what was going on. We stood around waiting on the beach for about 30 minutes before we were given instructions on which boat to get on. The snorkeling site was nothing but seaweed and NO sight of marine life. Everyone was disappointed! Lasted 15-20 minutes before we embarked to the middle of the ocean to dock and hangout. We never went to a private beach to have time in the sun and sand as advertised. They served watered down alcoholic beverages and had one tray of pineapples and cantaloupes for 60-80 people. We spent about 2 hours total on the boat, an excursion that was supposed to be 4 hours. Once we got back to the beach area for drop off to head back to the shuttle, our hotel had no shuttle and we had to stand around for about 30-45 minutes waiting on them to figure out who was going to take us back to our hotel. We finally got a shuttle only to depart and get stuck in traffic for an hour and turn around to come back to the beach and told to get off the shuttle and wait on another shuttle to pick us up. By the time we got back to our hotel it was 7:00pm. A four hour excursion that was only 2 hours and 5 hours on the shuttle between going and returning. Oh and poor customer service as well. We had one person sick and were told they would refund half the money and never refunded the money. I disputed with my bank and the company had the audacity to send me a threat and tell me to cancel my dispute or else. HA! I do not recommend.

Just be prepared it does not actually start at 2pm may ve pick up time. Snacks were okay. Best part honestly was the host Jay's energy. I been to other party boats and for me this wasn't it.

Worst boating experience of my life.

It was a waste of money. The boat was WAY OVERCROWDED, there was nowhere to sit, they for sure overbooked this boat. Not enough drink variety, then they ran out of the very few drinks they had. Only 2 snacks available, some fruit and some salsa and chips which they ran out of within 3 minutes of offering them, then if you are still hungry they have a guy coming around selling 3 tacos for $30…..I mean the whole thing was a tourist money grab trap. Oh and be prepared to spend 1+ hours in the bus to get there as they booked so many people that the bus stops multiple times and sometimes we literally sat and waited 30 minutes in the bus without moving. Don’t do it.

Dear Deric, We're sorry that your experience wasn't what you expected and we'd like to clarify a few points about our service. Our catamaran has two levels and enough seating for all passengers, but these are not assigned, so it's not always possible to choose any spot if it's already occupied. Additionally, this is a party boat tour, so most passengers enjoy dancing and moving throughout the four-hour party, rather than remaining seated the entire time. Regarding drinks, the tour includes a standard selection at no additional cost, but it's not an unlimited open bar. For those who desire premium options, they are available at an additional cost. Regarding snacks, these are a courtesy and, like drinks, are limited. At no point is it indicated that the tour includes lunch, and since the activity starts after noon, we recommend guests make arrangements before boarding. Finally, the transfer makes scheduled stops to pick up guests from various hotels, as previously informed in the reservation. For those who prefer a more exclusive experience, at Palma Caribe we offer private catamarans and yachts, where you can enjoy the tour without stops and in complete privacy. A scam

It’s a scam. Changed the time of the tour at 7:45pm the night before from 10:30am to 1:55pm and didn’t even ask if we could make it. Told us it was “better in the afternoon”. Of course they tell us well after the cancellation policy and I’ve paid in full. Not gotten a response to my request for full refund. Please don’t fall for it like I did.
