    Not as described 1. in the description is mentioned 7-8h, nothing about 12h 2. ⁠we booked German tour guide, be he spoke only broken language, mainly it was all in Spanish and English only 3. ⁠25 people on one boat, 21 Spanish speaking, 2 English and 2 of us German speaking 4. ⁠the boat was super small, not a vip boat 5. ⁠we where also not alone with our boat, 3 other boats joined us, so overall we were ca. 100 people 6. ⁠the people booked with $80/person were on the same boat with us, so there is no difference 7. ⁠food was a joke, simple buffet, no vip 8. ⁠open bar only cheap soft drinks, not vip drinks 9. ⁠30% commission via the Plattform? This is NOT VIP! Und to make it clear We paid VIP €255 The other couple paid $160 locally Same tour Same small boat Same stops Same lame food Same lame drinks How could this be?

    The tour takes between 8 and 10 hours, depending on the traffic of the day. This is something we cannot control. The tour is offered in English, Spanish and Portuguese, not German. It does not say that the boat, food or drinks are vip or premium. Nowhere does it say that you will be alone. The tour refers to Vip because it is a more complete program than the basic LOW COST. It covers 3 beaches instead of only 1. It goes by speedboat, instead of Catamaran. This person invents things. He believed things that only existed in his head, a crazy person. He drove us crazy (commercial sector, the guides, and even his tour companions). He pretended a personalized tour and to his liking, when he hired a shared tour. Unbelievable. Regrettable to deal with clients of this type.

    No one should go with them! This company is a scam! They tricked me! I demand my money back! I paid this: $95/person. Vip. These are left out: Mano Juan, Canto de la Playa. It's just a simple Saona island visit! Even if he lies and denies it, the description is still online! I paid for a Vip program, small group, visiting several places, instead I got a simple one, with too many people! 4 hours by bus and only 6 hours of program. There was not enough food, no fruit! The drink is too much, unlimited, they shout on the bus! Police action was also taken! I am sure they will remove this entry! They'd rather put up another one with a new title! I didn't pay for this program!

    The problem is that you don't read well... you book a regular tour for 95usd. And you want a premium service that costs 170usd. You should not be so bitter and stingy. If you expect a more personalized service, small, and with the features of VIP service, you should pay what it's worth, it's simple. If you book a plane in economy class, you don't travel in business . It's the same thing. We are sorry to have customers like you.

    El tour vip vale mucho la pena si quieres pasar más tiempo en las playas. Excelente experiencia, el agua es transparente y se puede nadar muy tranquilo. Lo único que mejoraría sería las habilidades de manejo en tierra del chofer del bus, muy poco cuidadoso
