First there was poor communication as to where to meet the driver. My instructions were to meet in the lobby. I read the driver’s instructions were “Barrier” outside gate. Platform to contact me was one not previously established and one I never use so could not find easily. Also, I lost wifi contact as I left the lobby and walked towards the gate. Meeting place & contact platform needs to be established at time of booking, not the morning of the excursion. I have taken a ScubaDoo excursion before. They are motorized units. This was not that. These units were not working and a diver took two units at a time 40’ away from the platform and back, took photos and that was the end of the excursion. Certainly not worth the money we paid. Additionally there was snorkeling but that was not in the description and I wasn’t prepared for it. I need a prescription mask and did not bring it with me because the ScubaDoo helmet allows for wearing glasses. Full details should be provided.
