Terrible communication. Changed the booking time twice. The second time late at night. Claimed to have called multiple times while driver was waiting at our pick up point. Zero calls. Terrible terrible communication. We’re not even convinced this is a real charter. 100% would not recommend. For those of you that read the reviews prior to booking and getting your hopes up, do yourself a favour and book with someone other than this “service”. Completely diabolical service.

We specifically arranged a special trip to ensure that your vacation was not disrupted, including providing a dedicated driver for your pickup at our own expense. Our team waited in the lobby for 45 minutes, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you despite multiple attempts via phone and messages. Definitely not for everyone

The staff were nice and very helpful. The decision to go out with 5-6 foot seas was driven by money and not the well being of the passengers. Also, this is a trolling trip, meaning all you are allowed to do is real in a fish once it’s caught. We spent the majority of the trip just sitting in the heat.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It's good to know that the staff were nice and helpful. However, it's disappointing that the decision to go out in rough seas seemed to prioritize money over passenger well-being. Additionally, it's frustrating that the trip involved mostly sitting in the heat with limited interaction in the fishing process. I hope your next outing is more enjoyable.

Communication fiasco.

Tour operator failed to appear on scheduled date and time. I contacted them by hotel phone on the day prior to tour as my cell phone was useless and I was unable to access my email. Provided name, ticket number of tour, hotel and room number. I asked them to call back and confirm scheduled tour. No reply. I showed up at the scheduled time and place and waited nearly 2 hours. Highlight of trip gone! Found out upon reaching home that they did in fact unsuccessfully attempt to reach me. Filed request for refund which was denied by Viator for fictitious reasons. They said they offered an alternative tour which I agreed to attend and did in fact attend. Pure fantasy!!

Dear Thomas. We wrote you the first message on Viator 7 days before the tour but you never answered us, then we wrote and called you many times the day before as is the procedure, and left you a voicemail, again the same thing you never answered back. Even though we couldn't get back to you, we decided to call you again and write again to send you the next day because we only win when you can experience the tour and talk about it with your friends, however, you didn't reply after 2 days. Communication is very important because that's the only way we can guarantee the pick up on time, that you didn't change your mind and so. We apologize for the inconvenience. We didn't fail to appear on schedule, we just followed the procedure. If we can not communicate properly with the clients the days before we won't be able to know if they received the messages in Viator. We need confirmation from the clients always.

My sons absolutely loved this experience from start to finish! the trip was flawless and the staff took great care of my son when he felt a little sea sick. The fish they were lucky enough to catch were whoppers, what an experience. Overall i can not fault at all. I don’t normally do reviews but this was one of the best companies i have ever dealt with so i felt it was only fair to give them the credit due. I was a bit sceptical trying an outside company instead of using the hotels excursions company, but after the money i saved and the excellent customer care that we had from the company before and after the trip i would not hesitate to recommend luxerove to anyone… Carlos is amazing!!The organisation and customer service we received was second to none, so if you want to save yourself a lot of stress and money book with luxerove you wont be disappointed, brill excursion and met some amazing people along the way, thanks again
