The workers were very friendly and we had a great time! My daughter told them it was her birthday and they even took her for a horse ride after we came back from the tour! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Our pick up time was supposed 10:30, we didn’t get picked up until 11:45. THEN when we got in the bus to head over to the tour site for the atv’s we were transferred to a small car that we could barely fit in to. The woman driving the car didn’t even know where she was going. SMH! Beside that, the tour guide JonCarlo or JuanCarlo was amazing! He was very kind and did a good job of making sure we were okay. I’ve done this excursion before back in May 2021 so I don’t know why they handled the transportation like that but the actual excursion was very fun. The transportation was horrible!

Communication bad. Had asked the previous day to confirm a pick up time and heard nothing. Waited in hotel lobby for an hour before and after scheduled time. Gave up and went back to room then typically they arrived. Got stroppy when I said they'd need to wait 5 mins. They said we're running late and I pointed out that wasn't my fault and if had let me know were running late I would have continued to wait. The buggy driving was fun but the "coffee plantation " was basically a shed with them trying to sell you things. Definitely not learning or seeing the real processes as I'd hoped. The beach and cave parts are a quick stop and picture opportunity more than anything. If doing purely for the fun of buggy driving and no other expectations on then is good value.

TERRIBLE EXCURSION, UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT SAFE

This was by far the WORST excursion I have ever been on in my life, the boogies kept failing, we were stranded on the side of the road MULTIPLE times alone with our 9 year old child. We had to switch boogies several times to one point had to jump in someone else’s buggy to get to our destination. By the time we made it to Macao beach we were already disenchanted by the whole excursion. Then one persons breaks failed on them and they crashed into another Buggy and got injured when the entire group decided to end the excursion. Then we had to wait 1 hour on a dirt road for someone to come and pick us up. BEWARE, this was a horrible experience. The picture of my son is him on the side of the dirt road after we got stranded for a 3rd time.

Our time was pushed back from 10:30 to 2:00. There were alotta kids on the course. Very muddy course. You can only drive about 20 miles per house. The cave you dip into is about 25 ft deep.

We hand an amazing experience.. Everyone was hand on from explaining of the coffee, teas, andthe mamajuana! Horses were qell trained and easy to ride( my 1st time) The buggy was my favorite part.. The photographer really captured great pics of us ss well.. I would recommend

I usually wouldn’t write a review but this experience was terrible and I don’t want anyone else to have to go through what we went through. First of all we were told we would be picked up at 1/1:30. The driver did not pick us up until 2:30. Barely any communication stating that he was running late if it wasn’t for us calling every 20 minutes we who knows how long we would’ve been standing there. The tour was full of people trying to sell you stuff and make you feel uncomfortable. The cave was a waste of time, so many people, very dark, they wanted $5 for a life jacket. So if you can’t swim pretty much don’t even go down there. Our group consisted of 20 people. Most of them came on a bus after we had already arrived in our VAN. But when it came time to leave they told us (the small group) that we have to wait until they group the 15 other people off to leave. We sat around for an hour in the dark waiting. We told them we have a dinner reservation for 7:45 and they did not care. We didn’t make it back to our hotel until 8:30. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend it to ANYONE.

A must do!! Everything was well planned and executed. Tour guide was amazing and made Everything fun. We did not get to swim at the beach since it was filled with seaweed. Other than that all went well. I recommend the ATV over the buggy. I definitely recommend.

The tour was scheduled for 1:30pm but the transport picked us up late. Once we arrived, after a brief history on Dominican culture, ie: alcohol & coco our guide took a very long time to come. They have one tour guide for the entire tour and we waited around until almost 4pm for it to actually start. I wish they had a place where we could have stored our belongings, you will be covered in mud. It was a fun experience minus that.

The dune buggies are in major need for repair. My dune buggy could not pick up speed, the dune buggy in front of my had faulty breaks, and our guides buggy broke down. Not what we expected at all. You will be taken to a beach where you will literally Be harassed to buy from desperate vendors. I was so happy to get out of there. The guides were very nice and we felt taken care of and safe despite the break down and horrible dune buggy mechanical issues. My advice...until repairs are made, find another company where you can actually enjoy the experience.

Dune Buggies Breaking Down

I say 2 stars bc the staff was nice and did their best!!! However our dune buggies kept breaking down completely, you'd be flooring the gas pedal and going no where. We only had two and both were breaking down. We had to pull over on the side of the road and the poor tour guide had to keep fixing them!! I feel like everywhere we went there were vendors everywhere and they HOUND YOU!! it's bad - like there are so many and they swarm you and if you say no they keep on. The pics that they took were great pics and they were very nice to us - I just wish that their equipment worked!

L’excusion ne correspond pas ce qui est montré sur l’annonce. Il n’y a pas de vtt sur les dunes mais sur la route. On a 10min à la plage. C’est trop rapide. On nous emmène dans un Cenote public tout sale qui est gratuit qui ne correspond pas à l’image montrée sur l’annonce Je ne recommande pas cette excursion. Trop chère pour rien !!!
