Pickup was not well coordinated and cenote was packed. Guides were good and scenery was beautiful. Just wasn't for me but my family enjoyed

First, they called and said our driver would be at our hotel to pick us up at 2p, they got there at 2:50. Second, we pulled up to the buggy area we bought a few items from them, they told us they would hold it until after tour (by the end of the excursion you dine forgot about your items you purchased....so we paid for items we did not receive....also random cats and dogs hoovering around you), third they take you to the beach where you can purchase food if you use a credit card they overcharge you. Our total was $107 for 2 orders of shrimp, a fry, fried plantain, water and a corona beer. When we looked at our bill it was $139. Make sure to take USD or they will cheat you out of your money. I gave 2 stars because the fellows that took us buggy riding was awesome.

The bus arrived on time, the organisation was good. But the time driving the buggy was very short. Macao beach isn't a white sand beach, so not that pretty. The main thing that bothered me and my boyfriend was that we were told to drive slow all the time. The other participants thought the same about it. No drinks or snacks included. But you drive to different places to let you buy something. The people were kind though. But overall I wouldnt recommand this buggy tour. I did another buggy tour in Bayahibe and this was so much more fun with longer drives.

This was my first time riding an ATV and it was the best time ever! The staff was very friendly as well!

Nice experience……for the price it was 10/10……recommend this, will be doing this again. The fun part was the cave and the beach and even the AVT bike was all good.
Nicole_V, Aug 2025
The transportation and buggies needs updating, and the exit of the tour needs instruction as we were just sitting there not knowing what was going on. The cave tour and the beach portions should be longer and more organized. The buggie trail wasn’t as expected either. The coffee tour was fine the instructor was knowledgeable and funny.

Awesome experience. Would do it again. Friendly hosts. If you like the off road experience this is the one.

We were really looking forward to this buggy adventure in Punta Cana, but unfortunately, it fell flat on almost every front. From the start, we were under the impression that this would be an actual adventure—mud, speed, off-road excitement. What we got was a slow, stop-and-go procession in a straight line, with barely any riding time at all. Despite the tour guide claiming there would be a mix of fast and slow segments, we went slow the entire time. It was more like a parade than a thrill ride.
Even worse, the tour guides themselves drove in an unsafe manner—constantly weaving in and out of our line. One guide on an ATV even sped into oncoming traffic and collided with a local riding a dirt bike. It was a serious accident that left the local injured and both vehicles totaled. Absolutely unacceptable.
The route itself felt overcrowded, as multiple companies seem to use the same narrow path, so we ended up sitting and waiting for other tours to pass more than once. That kind of bottleneck kills any sense of fun or adventure.
Now for the few positives: The staff were very friendly. The main guide who took our photos was especially kind and captured some great shots. The woman who runs the desk was also warm and welcoming. The first stop on the tour gives you a quick intro to some local foods and crafts, which was a nice touch—but it becomes clear that part of the reason this tour is so cheap is because they really push you to buy things. To be fair, the souvenirs were cute and you can negotiate prices. Bring cash and only what you're willing to spend.
My only other complaint was the tipping situation. I was prepared to leave tips for those who earned them, but being asked directly always leaves a bad taste. Let people offer it themselves.
Bottom line: This could have been a great experience with a few simple changes—safer guide behavior, more actual ride time, and better pacing. As it stands now, it felt like a tourist trap dressed up as an adventure.

If you’re visiting Punta Cana and looking for something thrilling, fun, and full of tropical vibes—'this' is the adventure you don’t want to miss! The ATV/Buggy Ride through Paradise was hands-down one of the highlights of our entire trip.
From the moment we arrived, the entire team was beyond amazing; friendly, professional, and full of energy. They made us feel safe, welcome, and totally hyped for the ride. You can tell they truly love what they do, and that energy is contagious!
The route was breathtaking—driving through lush trails, splashing through muddy paths, and stopping at gorgeous scenic spots that felt straight out of a postcard. Every stop had something special, and the guides gave us just the right amount of history and fun facts without ever slowing the vibe.
Whether it was helping with the gear, snapping awesome photos, or just keeping the mood upbeat, the team went above and beyond. It felt more like riding with friends than being part of a tour.
Highly recommend this experience for anyone craving adventure and authentic island beauty—with an exceptional team that turns a great ride into an unforgettable memory. Thank you for such a fantastic day!

This was my 2nd time doing this in DR an this was the best so far. The trails was not muddy but we still got dirty. Its a great excursion.

Thank you so much for coming back — and for sharing your experience!
We’re thrilled to hear this was your best excursion so far in the DR. Even without mud, a little dirt means a lot of fun!
We truly appreciate your support and hope to see you again for round three! 🌴🚙😄

I’ve done this excursion in Punta Cana over 5 times and this was by the far the best and most affordable. If you’re not familiar with this type of excursion, then let me give you a brief rundown.
1. They will pick you up from your resort and drop you off. But it’s not in a enclosed vehicle so it’s open on all sides with heavy wind so you’ll Want to be careful about any hat or scarves or loose items you may be wearing.
The pick up and drop off time will take some time, probably between an hour of picking up everybody from the assortment of resorts in the area.
2. Once you get there, you’ll also have to wait maybe for an additional hour while people check in and buy any things that they may need such as shades bandannas to cover faces waters, etc. I do appreciate if they do have free lockers to put your belongings in.
3. Do you have the option to do a ATV or a buggy but on this particular one we chose a buggy.
4. They’ll take you to room/home before the excursion starts where you’ll learn about Dominican, coffee mama jusna, and other local product. This part is about 30 minutes and you get to taste some of the things that they’re going to try to get you to buy. It is overpriced, but you can always try to negotiate to come down on price.
5. Once the actual tour start, it is a lot of fun and what makes this company better from other companies that I’ve done this excursion with is that they take you more through the environment of the local area and not just the street roads definitely get very dirty so make sure to wear clothes and shoes that you may be OK with throwing away.
6. You also go to a beautiful beach in the cave and just be aware of people trying to sell you things. This isn’t something that just happens with this company. If you do this tour with any company you’ll come across the same people trying to get you to buy food, drinks, trinkets, etc., but with every one you can always just say no or if you do find something that you like, try to negotiate on the price.
Michael was out guide while on the tour and he went very fast and took us through a lot of cool places.
You definitely can’t beat the prize as you can do the same exact things with another company and pay upwards of $70!

Hi there!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that after doing this excursion multiple times in Punta Cana, you found this one to be the best and most affordable — that means a lot to us!
We appreciate you sharing your helpful tips for future guests, especially about the open transportation, locker availability, and how to best prepare for the day. We’re glad you enjoyed the visit to the local product house and the opportunity to explore more of the Dominican environment — it’s something we really aim to showcase on our tours.
Michael will be happy to hear your kind words! He’s known for making each adventure exciting and full of great sights. We totally understand the concerns about vendors at stops like the beach and cave — it’s part of the local experience, and we always recommend being polite but firm if you're not interested.
Thanks again for joining us, and we hope to welcome you back for your sixth time soon!
Warm regards

The whole experience is amazing. I would definitely come back and book it again. Everyone did a good job. Richard was a good trainer. It was fun to learn about chocolate and also to drive it around and go to the beach at the last stop.

Very fun excursion, He was a great tour guide Very fun and informative. We would recommend this tour as we had a good experience despite some of the others on here that had longer days than planned or ended up in large groups. We would definitely come back

0 communication. I had to google the phone number to contact because they don't answer. They told me pickup at 11:30 am and arrived at 11. On the tour nobody reports anything, you arrive and nobody tells you anything. No one explains how the buggy or atv works and they break down quite a bit. There's no control. The activity was for 12 and we started at 13 because they preferred to sell everything before meeting the schedule. In the cenote it's bursting, you throw yourself crazy, there's no control, one on top of the other. There's a locker where you can drop off your backpacks, but no one says they charge you $1. People go crazy to buy things. Nobody gives you instructions on anything, you guess. There's nobody looking after people. On the beach he said 29 minutes and was having drinks the guide and chatting, we had to remind him that we had another event in the hotel as it marked 3 h of tour and were 6. All fast and running on the beach also have agreement with the locals / vendors to take us and battle us with buying, it is too invasive. I wouldn't come back. There are no puddles on top and the pictures of them charge faces.

Great experience, nothing to say, it is an Enterprise that only needs to evolve. I will return to them without hesitation. All went well, great!
A little extra for the staff who were of a love until we left. It was my best experience.
Go with your eyes closed!

They will dirty clothes, shoes and sweat at tropical heat. A lot of motorcycle pollution is bad for health and lungs. The cave was filled with dirty water from hundreds of bathers.
