Nothing memorable really. The tour operator came late. They asked us to pay extra to drop off at the hotel, then extra for another smaller boat, then to buy local artifacts.

Regarding the hotel transfer, our complimentary service is available for hotels located within the center of Puno. In your case, the accommodation was on the remote islands of Uros, which is not within our standard transfer zone. This information is shared during the booking process to ensure that all our customers are well informed about the services we provide.
Concerning the timing at the bus terminal, our team was present based on the bus details you provided at the time of booking. Any discrepancies between the actual bus details and the provided ones can cause such confusion, and we'd recommend double-checking such information in the future for a smoother experience.
As for the smaller totora reed boat ride and buying local artifacts, these experiences are additional options we provide to enhance your journey and immerse you deeper into the local culture. However, they are not included in the standard tour price, as clearly stated in the booking information.

I won't recommend it if you dislike a large group tour. The group is around 20-30 people. The itinerary is simply travelling to the island, listening to some simple introduction to the island's history and life, and shopping for souvenirs.

Un ballade assez rapide sur le lac qui ne donne pas grand chose puis visite d un village qui essaye de vous vendre des souvenirs puis balade en bateau soit disant traditionnel mais avec un moteur excursion payante puis stop à une autre île pour boire café ou thé payant évidemment puis retour
Bof comme excursion mais pour le prix payé faut pas trop demander

El tour incluía recogido en hotel y 2 días antes dijeron q no se podía. A la hora de encuentro establecida por el guía, había una desorganización y nos montaron con otra persona que ya se nos había acercado a ofrecer el tour. El bote tenía un olor desagradable y en la isla todo estaba “preparado” para turistas y no fue una experiencia real.

Es bastante decepcionante para nosotros saber que su experiencia con nosotros le pareció menos que ideal. Como se indica en la reserva, ofrecemos traslados en cortesía a nuestros huéspedes que se hospedan en hoteles dentro del centro de Puno. Su hotel estaba fuera de la ciudad de Puno y ofrecimos el servicio de recogida pagado que usted no quería aprovechar. Mantenemos una limpieza óptima en todos nuestros barcos y es bastante decepcionante que haya tenido una mala experiencia. Como el viaje a los Uros es bastante corto, todos allí están preparados para que nuestros huéspedes vivan la visita sin pérdida de tiempo. Nos aseguraremos de analizar estas observaciones y tomar las medidas necesarias en caso de errores.Una vez más, extendemos nuestras disculpas y gracias por elegir viajar con nosotros.
