Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for walking around the farm and participating in the workshop. A hat and sunscreen are recommended in summer.

So much more than cheese

This was completely worth our time and expense. Giulia and Andrea were perfect hosts and teachers. Visiting with the cows, goats and sheep that provide the milk for the cheese, watching the Shepard, seeing the milk house and hearing the process of the artisan cheeses was very enlightening. And the tasting of so many cheeses was just a delight!! And having some cheese vacuum packed to bring home was just right! Excellent experience!
