My tour guide Jimmy was fantastic. He was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the different foods we tried. He shared a lot of great information and took us around town to some amazing local taco stands that I never would have found on my own. He made the experience fun, informative, and very welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this tour—especially if you get Jimmy as your guide.

Great trip! Jimmy took us to about 6 taco stands and restaurants. They were all excellent. He also taught us a lot about the different kinds of tortillas, tacos, chilies, and salsas. And he was just fun to be with.

We were the only two people in the group so we had a very personalized experience. Alejandro was a very personable guide and he knew his way around the neighborhood very well and was so friendly.

Horrible. The tour operator didn’t even show up. Do not book this tour. We were at the place they told us to meet at 20 mins early. The Viator customer service couldn’t even get a hold of them.

I am so sorry that you apparently had this mixup. Clearly if we had the tour information we would have our guide available as we will operate a tour even if only one person has reserved - our guides do not like to stay home. It can happen that information does not get transferred from one computer system in the system that we use. Especially if it goes from a different travel site through Viator and for another connection into ours. Again, I am very sorry this occurred.

Alex was a terrific guide. He was very knowledgeable. He even made restaurant recommendations and pointed out great margarita drinking spots for future reference. Highly recommend.

Well where do we start, so many tacos! Alejandro was amazing. So knowledgeable and entertaining. He kept us safe and comfortable! We were so full, tacos, tequila, soup, and to end the night delicious churros! So so full, it was awesome!!!

Jimmy & Ever were amazing guides besides the delicious street tacos, churros. They kept us safe & answered all our questions patiently. They even accompanied us to the grocery store & waited for us until our Uber ride arrived.
Also, it was only the 4 of us in this tour but they did not cancel. It made our food tour more personal. Thank you Jimmy & Ever!

With a couple of days to myself, I decided to join this taco tour. Zero regrets and I'd do it again with friends or family. It was a great way to scratch the surface of what tourists may typically see when visiting. I would have never discovered these amazing stands, restaurants and vendors on my own. Kudos to both Josue and Jimmy for a fun evening stroll around the Romantic Zone - I was indeed very full, so don't ignore the advice to skip or have a light lunch beforehand.
